Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Kita Ward

Would rent from again if I’m back in town. Great location and view

The sunlight came in the house well, so it was bright and clean. You can see the Ferris wheel at night, and the lighting is nice. There were 3 queen beds and plenty of towels, so I had a good stay with a family of 5 without any discomfort. I didn't have a dryer, but I washed it in the washing machine and hung it as a substitute for a humidifier, and it dried well. The bed and pillows were comfortable, so I slept well. I was worried that the children would be cold because there was no floor heating, but there were also slippers, and it was warm when the heater and radiator were turned on. The kids loved the hammock. There was clean water in front of the house, and the cherry blossoms were very cool. There are many grocery stores and convenience stores nearby. It's a 3-minute walk to Nakajima Park, so I often went to the playground with my kids. It's 3 minutes from the subway station and 10 minutes from Susukino. It was a smart door, so it was comfortable because I didn't carry the key, and there was an umbrella, so I was able to reduce my luggage. The host is always responsive and friendly This is a great place to stay for family travelers in downtown Sapporo

The place is clean and well organise. The house is well equip with all kind of household utensil. The only issue is the transportation. The most easy access to the public transport is by bus. There is a bus station just right Infront of the apartment and only 12 mins to Sapporo station.

My family of four stayed with our family and it was so comfortable.There were a lot of beds, and I was able to enjoy TV and videos on the big screen. The subway station is about a 3-5 minute walk away, and we arrived in the Susukino area in 10 minutes by subway.It was a very convenient place to leave a car and be able to get around by subway.There was also a supermarket nearby, and it was easy to get breakfast. The room was very clean, equipped with disposable glasses, chopsticks, plates, slippers, etc., and it was comfortable. It was great to have no trouble washing disposable cups, etc.

The airbnb was clean and comfortable. Mari was also very responsive to our questions and helped us to check-in to our place. Would recommend anyone visiting Sapporo!

In addition to the nice room, the location was excellent, and the downtown area was close, so I was able to walk home even if I played late. There was a convenience store nearby, and there was also a hot spring within walking distance, so we had a fulfilling stay.

It was our first time in Japan, and Sapporo was our first destination. We enjoyed the stay so much and loved the neighborhood this AirBnB was in. It was walkable to conbinis, local restaurants and the subway station. Everything matched the description and we loved the house so so much. Thank you for such a fantastic time!

Our group of 10 adults, 3 small children, felt the space was huge and the house was clean and new and had a great vacation! Just a little bit lacking is that the two bathrooms will be watered, so people use only one bathroom at the same time, and the line will be longer to take a shower. Other than that though, we still enjoyed it, thanks!

Struggled with the check-in and checkout system especially when our party arrived at different times. Another set of keys would have been useful, but otherwise all good. 2 toilets and 2 showers was good for party of 6.

Other guests and host is friendly in the house. Yuki always stays there and therefore easily provides help

這裡非常有家的感覺，在札幌跟著一家人住了一個禮拜，跟著他們一起生活，早上下午可以看到小孩上學與放學，小孩非常的活潑可愛，很開心有機會跟他們互動到，也謝謝房東邀請我跟著他們一起去冰釣與泡溫泉，讓我體驗了一回當地人的感覺。 This place feels like home. I stayed with the family in Sapporo for a week, sharing their daily life. Every morning and afternoon, I watched the kids go to and come back from school—they were so lively and adorable. I was really happy to have the chance to interact with them. I’m also grateful to my host for inviting me to join them for ice fishing and hot springs, giving me a taste of what it feels like to be a local.

It was just remodeled, so it was thoroughly cleaned, and it was clean anyway. The surroundings were quiet and I had a relaxing time.It was nice to have Lawson, supermarkets, and Sandoria nearby.There were plenty of dishes and cooking utensils, so if you bring ingredients and condiments, you can cook all the way. It was very good that there was a projector in the theater room.I had a problem with the facilities and contacted them, and they responded right away, even though it was late at night. I used it in a small group this time, but the room was spacious enough to be a waste, so I'd like to use it for a group of more than 10 people next time.

They made me feel welcomed and cared for!! Even though we didnt see each other a lot. They often drove me places when i was running late (which was often 😅). I definitely recommend this place even for those that may not speak Japanese very well.
