Two bathrooms with shower and bathtub. Beautifully landscaped garden with garden furniture to linger. 1/2 hour to Lake Constance and an hour to Munich. 15 minutes from the new Center Park. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. In addition, the accommodation is centrally located. In just a 10-15 minute walk, the city center can be reached, just as the famous Center Parc is only a 10-minute drive away.

You will stay in the attic of our newly built farmhouse. The whole house is a vacation farm with 3 residential units. The apartment is modernly furnished with individual accents from the past. A small balcony with magnificent views of the Allgäu Alps completes our “favorite place.” There is a sauna in the house. It can be used and invites you to relax on cold autumn and winter days.

Enjoy the natural beauty surrounding this historic getaway. The former, almost 200-year-old sawmill is surrounded by nature reserves and borders directly on a stream. A private source supplies the property with excellent drinking water. In addition to the charm of an old, cozy house, the property has plenty of space and room for privacy.
