Πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι θα βρείτε σούπερ μάρκετ, φαρμακείο, γυμναστήριο, φούρνο, καφέ, παραδοσιακές ταβέρνες, μαγαζί με φρέσκα φρούτα και λαχανικά καθώς και μαγαζί με φρέσκα ψάρια. Now, new in 2022! Boutique Villa Mihail is a Pool in Koukounara (Kissamos) near to all famous beaches in Chania Elafonissi, Balos, Falassarna! It is a fully-renovated traditional stone house with wooden ceilings and large spaces, a large kitchen and a second garden kithenette, a private bedroom and a second one in a space that isolates, a bathroom and extra large living room, including all comforts. We have just added a brand new pool, exclusively for our guests only!

Our cozy stone built home in the village "Kaloudiana Kissamos" is a perfect place for relaxing. We have renovated our grandparents home that was built in 1800 by our ancestors. It is in a perfect location close to the market of the village, at a distance of 200 meters. Away from the main road for quiet and relaxation! The narrow streets to get to the house impose a small car.
