This studio apartment is on the first floor in the third house and has a private entrance and a patio with sea view. The apartment is on 3 levels and it consists of one small dining room with a single bed on the first floor; one bedroom with 2 single beds on the second floor; and a kitchenette and a private bathroom on the underground floor. This studio apartment fits up to 3 people and the rates include daily breakfast at the bar. The quiet beach just a few meters away is ideal for swimming, snorkeling, kite surfing and fishing and the street in front of the property doesn't have much traffic so it is suitable for walks and jogging. It is also a great starting point to explore some of Crete’s most popular destinations and beaches, such as Falassarna (7km), Balos (11km), Elafonisi (43km), and the beautiful city of Chania (44km). If you are planning to visit Balos but you do not want to hike, Kissamos port is located only 2km away from where you can enjoy one of the daily cruises to Gramvousa Island and Balos Lagoon.
