An old house built in 150-year-old Nagano Prefecture at the foot of Mt. Kiso Komagatake.This is a private accommodation with a landlord type (homestay type). This is a room with a bunk bed, made in the image of an old-fashioned youth hostel. Yes, this building was once a youth hostel.As a place where you can take over the management of the building in 2024, you can easily stay. At night you can hear frogs and bugs, deer chirping in the distance, and birds in the mornings in the bustling mountains. There is no air conditioner because the summer night breeze allows you to spend the night with only a fan at around 20°C. In winter, the temperature can drop to -15°C, and occasionally you can see diamond dust.There is a wood stove in the shared space, but it is not a central heater even though it is a cold area! There is an oil fan heater in the room. This is the best heating system we can provide right now.Thank you for your understanding. It is a no meal stay. Feel free to cook in the shared kitchen where everyone gathers.It is fully equipped with cookware and tableware. I will be picking up my 7 and 4 year old children. 25 minutes by bus from Kiso-Fukushima Station, and 3 minutes on foot from Oharaue Station.

木曽駒ヶ岳の麓、木曽駒高原に佇む築150年の長野県の大屋根の古民家。家主居住型（ホームステイ型）民泊です。 ここは2段ベットのお部屋で、昔ながらのユースホステルをイメージして作った部屋です。 そうこの建物は、かつてユースホステルでした。2024年に建物の管理を引き継ぎ、気軽に泊まれる場所として、順々にDIYで改装中です。 夜はカエルや虫の鳴き声、鹿の鳴き声が遠くに聞こえ、朝は鳥の声が賑やかな山の中にあります。 夏の夜風は、20℃前後で扇風機だけで過ごしていただける為、エアコンはありません。 冬は氷点下15℃になる日もあり、ダイヤモンドダストが見れる日が時折あります。共有スペースに薪ストーブはありますが、寒い地域なのにセントラルヒーターではありません！ お部屋には石油ファンヒーターを用意しています。 今出来る精一杯の暖房設備です。ご了承ください。 食事無しの素泊まりです。 皆が集まる共用のキッチンでご自由に料理していただけます。調理器具や食器類も一通り揃っています。 7歳と4歳の子どもたちと一緒にお迎えします。 木曽福島駅からバスに乗って25分、大原上バス停から徒歩3分です。
