Come stay and relax in this quiet cozy little MIL apartment located above my detached garage. In addition to the full bathroom in your unit, there is a full bathroom with full size washer and dryer for your use, if needed, in the garage below. If you are looking for a allergy free place to stay, this is it. Clean, hardwood floors, dust free, alternative down pillows, 600 count Egyptian cotton linens. Sorry! NO PETS or SMOKERS.

We had a great stay at Sheetal’s place! The place was very clean and she always checked with us to make sure everything was going smoothly! They even left us a little snack welcome gift! If we’re ever in the area again we would definitely stay! Our little pup also enjoyed the stay immensely! Would highly recommend!

Easy apartment to enjoy. Well located and nicely appointed. My wife and I stayed for 5 days and the full kitchen, den, and bedroom were excellent. We truly relaxed and it was close to Lake Washington and Downtown Kirkland where we could eat, drink coffee and enjoy the outdoors.

This was mine and my girlfriend’s second time staying at Erik’s place, and just like the first it was more than we could’ve asked for. The space was just as advertised and filled with more than enough amenities for two people. This listing is located in a quiet forest-like neighborhood and has a huge backyard. Me and my parents enjoyed the stay! Everything is clean and well-maintained. Parking was easy, kitchen and laundry are well-equipped except for not having a dishwasher. Would recommend if you want to stay at a quiet neighborhood which is just 35min drive away from downtown and 5min away from amazing lake and Rainier view.

The space was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with toiletries. Great location—easy walk to downtown Kirkland and the park. Staff were pleasant and responsive, either by text or in person at the leasing office during the day. Would definitely stay again!
