At the foot of the Wiehen Hills, under trees, directly on a small stream is the 800 m², completely fenced property. You use this property all to yourselves. The glamping tent is decorated with warm colors, a large bed, lots of cuddly pillows, blankets, bedside tables, lamps and a nice sitting area. In front of the tent is a small campfire place. Under the large weeping willow you will find a romantic sitting area with a grill.

Enjoy life at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Surrounded by forest and fields, our house is located in a small settlement. Extended walks are no problem here, and it is also the perfect starting point to explore the surrounding sights, by car or bike, as we live directly on the Werra bike path. In our spacious garden lies the family-friendly hut with a west-facing orientation out of sight of our house, which is about 30 meters away. You will enjoy peace, views and privacy.

LIVING GREEN – Life in a farmhouse

It is a really lovely place to stay in beautiful surroundings. We loved that the environment and being environmental was high on our hosts priorities. The place is a little expensive, but it is worth it in that you stay in a very beautiful and spacious well kept apartment. My father in law really loved his visits over to the apartment and seemed to get so much from his visits, which was so important to my wife and me. As I mentioned the place is in beautiful surroundings, and great for a family to use. The cycling is good but you need to be aware that it is quite hilly which we both loved, it was slightly challenging at times. Especially the hill from Herford to the apartment after a good night out. Herford offers really good shopping facilities and there is a really good Bio super market about 3 km away, plus Aldi and Lidl supermarkets. Ben and his partner made us feel very welcome when we arrived offering us help with our bikes, and both were very helpful during our stay.
