Our house is located in the historic village center of Bischleben, a district of the state capital Erfurt. The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

Wir sind nicht nur ein besonders Erlebnis zum Übernachten, sondern etwas besonderes für Familien. Etwas ganz besonderes Erleben. Natur, Entspannung, Nachhaltigkeit und Spaß. Schlafen in einer Jurte. Unsere Jurte ist 28 qm groß und befindet sich auf einer Insel mitten in Thüringen. In einem parkähnlichem Garten mit rauschen der Unstrut. Ca. 10 Meter von der Jurte entfernt, befindet sich der Wirtschaftsteil. Modernes Bad (WC, Dusche und Waschbecken), modere Küche mit Esstisch. Es fehlt an nichts.

Die Finca ist sehr idyllisch gelegen .Viva la Dolce Vita. Gardasee-Feeling mitten im Steigerwald. 10 Autominuten von Landeshauptstadt Erfurt entfernt. Die Exklusive Ausstattung mit hochwertigen Materialien und der freie Blick auf die drei Gleichen ist einzigartig. Fahrrad/Wandertouren sind hier ein Higligh. Der große Pool und der Jakuzie sind saisonal von Jan-Okt zu nutzen. Die Sauna ist für bis zu 6 Pers ganzjährig nutzbar. Der Barbeque Grill und die 2 Kamine laden zur Gemütlichkeit ein.

The apartment is centrally located in the Dichterviertel, surrounded by beautiful parks, the Flutgraben, many bridges and close to the beautiful Steigerwald. If you want to explore the Old Town with its many attractions, it's only about a 10-minute walk. But you can also take the tram. The stop is practically on the doorstep.

Enjoy unforgettable moments in this centrally located accommodation in the middle of the old town and in the immediate vicinity of the spa park of Bad Langensalza. The loving furnishings of our apartment offer a feel-good atmosphere for your vacation. In the well-equipped kitchen, you can easily and quickly prepare your favorite food. Our vacation home, in Sundhausen, consisting of an east apartment and a west apartment, offers a total space for 1 to a maximum of 12 people. Both identically furnished apartments can be booked and used both separately and together. Built in 2025 and modernly furnished, these apartments, each 75 square meters, offer a place to stay alone, for two, with family or friends, short trips, business trips and much more, in a rural area.

The accommodation is a separate apartment on the ground floor of our house, which was originally used on a rural and gastronomic basis. The apartment is newly renovated and technically modern. In addition to a small kitchen, they find a cozy ambience to feel good and relax. It is located a few stone throws away from our beautiful and interesting medieval old town with diverse sights.

You will stay with us in a quaint cozy rear courtyard. The 35 m² apartment is accessible via a pergola and consists of 2 floors. On the 1st floor is the living/kitchen area with a small bathroom and under the roof is where you sleep. Various outdoor seating options are available. Everything you need, such as a restaurant and supermarket, is a few minutes' walk away.
