Von hier aus liegen alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Wanderwege der Mosel in greifbarer Nähe. Die für die Mittelmosel typische Weinkultur lässt sich durch zahlreiche Angebote und Veranstaltungen in all seinen Facetten erleben. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mitten im Grünen mit Aussenterrasse. Sehr ruhige Lage am Ortsrand. Haustiere haben wir ausgeschlossen aber Hunde sind erlaubt und willkommen, Die Wohnung liegt wenige Meter vom Nationalpark Hunsrück-Hochwald entfernt und sehr nahe am Erbeskopf und an Idar-Oberstein. Restaurants, eine Bäckerei, eine Metzgerei und Supermärkte sind von der Wohnung per Automobil schnell erreichbar.

The Wine Quarter was built in 1937 by a family of winegrowers and was thus characterized by viticulture. Later it was then inhabited by a wine merchant. 2016 we bought the house and renovated over two years. Now we hope that you enjoy and experience the Mosel wine region in Pünderich, one of the charming places at the Middle Mosel.
