Monthly Rentals in Kingston Park

A lovely little hideaway cottage in the owners garden. Peaceful clean and basic amenities. Don’t expect to cook much but that wasn’t an issue for me. Use of pool was not restricted good temperature and very clean. A garden if you wanted the space with a bit of outdoor furniture. Easy access to beach and restaurants coffee shops . Steep steps to return. rail transport to city nearby. I could walk for miles along the pristine promenade or the beach. Had a great time.

This place was perfect for 5 people to stay for Gather Round. There is a train station 10 min walk for easy access to the city. The area was beautiful and not too busy! The apartment is right on the beach and a short walk to all amenities. The apartment itself was beautiful. Everything was perfect. But it was the small details that we noticed. Beautiful bedding and soft towels; and the welcome basket after a long drive was very thoughtful. Thank you Lesley and Bronwyn, I would happily stay here again!

We had an amazing time at Jo's house. Jo has thought of everything needed for a home away from home. House was spotless and well stocked with condiments, tea, coffee and every cooking item you'll ever need. Pool and covered outdoor area, with gas BBQ was great. Lovely position on the esplanade, coffee shops, pubs and playgrounds in walking distance. Supermarkets short drive away. Our family of 7 adults and 2 children (3 & 5) had ample space and bedrooms, with tvs and games provided. Lovely welcome pack and early and late check in were offered. I certainly recommend Jo's place and hope to return. Thanks so much Jo for helping make our family 60th birthday and 35th wedding anniversary holiday amazing.

Stunning house, stunning views, great host. Will definitely be going back. Lucy had everything there for us from shower gel to washing machine tablets. The treats waiting for us was devoured by the kids after the very long drive. Loved the whole experience.
