Two nights over Easter spent at this beautiful riverside cottage, has everything you need here and an added bonus is the hot tub, would definitely recommend 👌

What a treasure this place is. It's not just beautiful, peaceful and extremely homely - it's loved, full of stories and life. Shane is a perfect host - kind, responsive and dedicated to providing a lovely space. Even better is that he built it himself - so every little part has a purpose and a story. He knows each tree in the garden. There are peacocks, hares, deer and birdsong. Some places are meant to make people smile :-)

Wow! This is the very first Air BnB I have stayed in. The home felt like home as we walked in. It was warm, bright and clean. The treats left for us were warmly welcomed. There were six adults in our group, a baby and a dog. Poppy the dog loved wearing herself out in the garden. Hot tub was clean and the patio area superb. Pub in walking distance, we didn't eat there as we were thoroughly enjoying cooking at home. We took our air fryer which was great as we knew we wanted to cook an Easter Sunday Dinner. Thank you Claudia for your great correspondence and allowing us in earlier with the baby.

Had an amazing valentines stay here with my partner. Clare was the perfect host and the barn was the perfect property for our stay. Very quaint, peaceful and secluded. With lovely views over the farmland and a short drive from some beautiful towns

We just celebrated a big wedding anniversary with a trip to Katriona and Rupert's cottage. It was a wonderful place to relax and visit the lovely surroundings area-Charlecote, Broadway and Stratford-upon-Avon. Katriona and Rupert's friendly welcome, useful tips on running routes and the amazingly beautiful garden, along with the fab hot tub, made it all the nicer. Would totally recommend a stay here.

My daughter's and I really enjoyed our short Easter break. The location was so peaceful and beautiful. A much needed retreat from Birmingham. We made full use of the wonderfully relaxing hot tub. We enjoyed a meal out at The Ship Inn and several walks along the river. We took a walk to The Severn Valley Visitors Centre and caught the steam train back from the Country Park Halt. A lovely afternoon out. We recommend this Airbnb and hope yo visit again in the future.

We had a lovely few days staying at the Holly barn. The barn was exactly as described and everything was great Our toddler especially enjoyed the animals in the garden and refused to go to bed until she'd said goodnight to the ducks! Sarah and mark were lovely and gave us some recommendations for walks close by too Thank you!

Beautiful cottage, Sat Nav brought us straight to the location no problems! Cottage was beautiful, Wendy treated us with a bottle of wine & strawberries, 🍷 🍓 The children loved the hot tub and pool, very clean and private! Wendy directed us to nice places to eat! The breakfast in the farm was beautiful, also the roast dinners were delicious! Would definitely visit again! Thankyou Sian & John

What a great location, easy walks up to the hills and trails around Hagley. Top tip: Nimmings cafe at the north end of the Clent Hills run by the National Trust; best bacon sandwich in the Black Country! Can't wait to stay again soon!

We stayed for 2 nights with a group of 4 adults and 4 young kids. The place was ideal for what we needed. Nice cosy communal area with plenty of cookware/dinnerware equipment for the group. The bedroom setup was great for the kids with the bunk bed/mezzanine level being a big hit. There was also plenty of space in the larger room for us to put up a travel bed for our toddler. We didn't manage to visit any of the local pubs/restaurants but did spend our days at Arrow Valley Park and Atwell Farm Park, both which are only 5 mins drive and recommended if you have kids. There are also plenty of large supermarkets within a 5-10 min drive. We were provided plenty of instructions prior to checking in and had no issue during our stay that required us to contact the hosts (who live on-site so I'm sure any issue would have been resolved quickly). Best bit = having a morning coffee in the garden overlooking the field. Very peaceful start to the day.

We had a lovely stay ! It has lots of space , and has everything you need. Log fire, hot tub , dining room and games ! Everything was super clean and tidy 😀. The garden is gated , however must keep dog on the lead , my dog is very bouncy as the path plants it meets half way down the picket fence. This was fine for us as we had a long lead so he could still mooch around the garden. There are lots of walks around , tranquil and quiet. there is around 20 minute walk to fillongly , local pub Manor house opens about 5 on a weekday which was very welcoming and dog friendly and playground for children. As it wasn't open when we initially reached there we tried the local social club , they were super welcoming and allowed dogs in with treats available. also park outside. We spent most of our time in the hot tub , which was perfect super hot and our girls just loved it. Joy left a perfect welcome pack and was responsive to everything ! overall a perfect stay for my husbands 40th .

Jayne's cottage was perfect for the two of us and our dog. It is a larger than expected ground floor studio with the added bonus of a garden which is both private and secure, and really rather lovely. There were some fab walks directly from the door; including Chaddesley Woods and Rowberry's Garden Centre/Restaurant/Farm Shop. The Swan directly opposite did hot food as takeaway Thursday to Sunday and even delivered Sunday Roast Ciabattas and sides directly to the door. A lovely cottage in lovely surroundings with a lovely host, I'm sure we'll pay a return visit.

A beautiful location and a gem of a find. If you need a bit of a getaway with lovely local walks, and 2 incredible gastro pubs in short walking distance, this is the place to be. Going to bed each night, with the window open, breathing in fresh air, and waking up to the dawn chorus was incredible. highly recommend

Had a wonderful stay at The Milk Parlour over the Easter weekend. Lots of local walks and nearby National Trusts kept us busy! The accommodation itself is spotless and has one of the best equipped kitchens I’ve ever stayed in. The Milk Parlour is very comfortable and stylish at the same time. Lovely local pub near by The Fleur de Lys which has a great garden to enjoy the sunshine and canal. All in the party throughly enjoyed staying at The Milk Parlour and would not hesitate to stay again.

Perfect place to relax and chill i have no words about the view😍 . Can't wait to stay again.

We had a wonderful time, the cottage was even better than expected. It’s clearly had a very thoughtful renovation. We immediately felt at home. We had a very warm welcome and the one minor problem we had was dealt with immediately. The log burner was a real bonus and the welcome basket was a very kind thought.

We absolutely adored our stay at the cottage which was perfect for a local event myself and our group were attending. Rooms were spotless, warm and cosy - leading to an intimate communal atmosphere when we gathered together at night. Directions and communication were clear. I would highly recommend the site to anyone interested.

Chase Lodge is in a perfect location if you want a quiet countryside break not too far from shops and restaurants. The property is really well equipped, comfortable and clean and is all exactly as described. We didn’t meet Zoe but she kept in touch. Check-in and out is very simple via key box. We went on lots of scenic walks directly from the property. I would thoroughly recommend this property.

It is a lovely cottage, really nice and well kept. I loved the beautiful garden view as well. It is a relaxing place, anyone too tired of their routine can come here and switch off. I loved my time there. Shame we had to leave a day sooner than planned. Lucy is a lovely hostess and kept in touch throughout accommodating all the changed I kept making in our dates. Really grateful. Happy customer.

I had the pleasure of staying at Joanne's charming coach house. The location is lovely, nestled in a vibrant area with plenty to do, from local pubs to great restaurants and scenic spots. The coach house itself is stunning, spacious, well-appointed, and beautifully decorated. It felt like a true home away from home. Joanne was an exceptional host, always responsive, kind, and welcoming. She made sure we had everything we needed and gave great recommendations for things to see and do around the area. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and convenient stay.
