Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in King's Heath

I only have good things to say about this place! We felt right at home and Mikaela was very helpful and flexible with the check in. We loved our stay and we would be very happy to come back.

The place was exactly like the pictures; clean, well-kept, and right in the center of the city, making it easy to get to lots of places. The host was really nice, helpful, and friendly, and even offered to let us check in an hour early before our travel plans changed. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely book again.

Had a great stay. Iwona is a fantastic host. The apartment was perfectly located for what we needed. It was beautifully presented, clean and fully equipped. We felt right at home. Check in and check out were very easy and very clearly communicated. We loved the little touches such as body wash, shampoo and conditioner and dishwasher tablets/cleaning materials. This is a perfect apartment to use if you want to spend a few days in the city. Everything in terms of restaurants, theatres and the train station is all walkable. Would definitely recommend.

Pleasant stay

Had no issues, host reached out to ask how stay was. Clear check in instructions were provided to find the location, the box and get in. The house felt like a home for us while we were there, beautiful, neat, clean, and homely. Plenty of space and array of things provided such as tea, coffee, shampoo and soap, host provided a small bowl of sweets which was a nice added touch. We both loved our stay and agreed we would definitely stay again if it came about. Location is pretty close to most places in town for a quick Uber or not too far from the bus.

Excellent Airbnb! Within walking distance from Gas Street. The apartment was in a quiet neighbourhood and very clean. Beds could use an upgrade, however, we slept okay. Kids loved the mini pool table. Was a bonus. Host very friendly!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It looks exactly like the photos—beautifully designed, modern, and spotlessly clean. The space was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including a full kitchen and washer/dryer (though we didn’t get a chance to use them). The bed was very comfortable, and we slept really well each night. The gated parking was a huge plus and made things very convenient. Communication with our host, Adam, was excellent. He was always quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. The check-in instructions—with clear photos and a helpful video—made everything super easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this place—we’d happily stay here again!

amazing place. 10 of us stayed for a weekend event in the NEC and this was a 5 minute drive away. I love that everyone had a bed and when we all hung out in the living room and kitchen it did not feel too crowded. the outdoor space is fab too. clean and pretty. communication fab. want to stay again!

Yadams place was very clean, exactly in the photos. Yadam communicated well with us during the stay. I had a disabled adult with me and Yadam answered all my questions to ensure a comfortable stay. The property has a downstairs bedroom and toilet/shower which was perfect. The house was big, clean and bright. There are supermarkets and shops nearby to the property. We were provided with Amenities as described on the page. If we visit Birmingham again we will definitely book Yadam's place. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

Me and a colleague were staying in the area for one evening and found the house to be fantastic. It looks newly renovated and was extremely clean. We weren't there long but were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Peyton!

Sparklingly clean, super comfortable and in a very nice residential location that was safe and peaceful. Not far from shops and eateries, and a quick 20 minute drive to the NEC without little traffic during the week. We will return next year. Thank you so much.

Newly arrived in Birmingham, this place made it feel like home. Everything you can need in a home was available. Jennifer was so nice and always quick to respond. One of the best experiences I’ve had ever. Everything is modern just like the photos. Kitchen is fully equipped which makes it easier for a longer stay. Great host and location for Birmingham City University where I have been studying for the last 2 years. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Brilliant as has own driveway too and Morrisons at the end of the road.
