Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kings Grant

We come to wrightsville beach several times per year and we will be back to this home. It had a great layout got a large family. We came with our 2 sons and our 4 grand children and never felt cramped. It's a home we will frequent while in wrightsville.

We honestly loved this house! Angela & Allison were so sweet and helpful with any questions or information that we needed. The house was amazing the outside and the inside were just beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place to others and will definitely be planing to go back as well.

The house is in a great location, convenient to the downtown attractions without the city noise. Thank you for the extra touches, snacks and bottle of wine. Fantastic for the dog to have the fenced back yard and we found the bed very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

We really enjoyed staying here. The pool was great. The house is within minutes from several restaurants and just a 15 minute drive to the beach. The house is as described and shown in photos. Gennaro was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Thanks for having us!

Enjoyed my three day getaway. Our stay was very peaceful! The cottage was cute and cozy. The Hosts were great as well! They made sure we had everything we needed. I would stay here again!

Julia’s cottage is PERFECTION! I would move in if I could. Very thoughtfully appointed- nothing was missing that I needed. The bed is very comfortable, and the AC plus ceiling fan ensures perfect comfort. The desk in front of the gorgeous window was great as was the high speed internet. The kitchen had everything I needed, and Julia’s information booklet had great restaurant/entertainment/shopping ideas. So much light in the cottage with all the windows- it felt like a treehouse almost. And the bathtub was awesome! Nice to take a soak after a long day at Kure Beach.

We love the location and even though it is close to a main road it is still private and comfortable. The fenced yard is perfect for your dogs with plenty of space for them to stretch. The back deck is comfortable as well. The inside of the house is exactly as shown, it is comfortable and quiet , the big screen TV is perfect after a a busy day in Wilmington. You can walk to Whole Foods , shopping or just around this neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming and enjoy visiting with you and your dogs . The gardenias and magnolias were in bloom and lent a light sweet smell. We would definitely stay at Esthers Garden again.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The area is quiet and only minutes away from everything.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bob's place! It was just as advertised, clean and welcoming. The balcony over the river is where we put in the most hours, just watching the changes in the river, the various boats, and people-watching on the river walk. Everything we did was within minutes of the condo...great restaurants and shopping. Bob provided plenty of info and recommendations for eating and sightseeing. We were there on Memorial Day and could easily see the USS North Carolina lit up in red, white and blue. Even though it was cloudy/rainy most of the time, the awning on the balcony kept us dry and comfortable. A couple of time we had questions for Bob and he was immediately responsive and helpful. It was just the relaxing getaway we were hoping for! We would recommend this spot anytime for 2 guests!

Great place to stay! Jarrod and his wife were very friendly and responsive with any questions on the app. They even let us check in early. Accommodating bikes was so thoughtful and fun for us as we biked to coffee places and lunch. We kayaked to palm tree island and that was so much fun! It’s also a great location to walk to the beach as well! The balcony was so peaceful in the morning and at night. 10/10 experience and first time vacationing to Wilmington. Will 100% come back!

Such a special, unique experience! Amazing location, easy walk to beach, as well as coffee, food and shops. The space’s aesthetic was great, and the layout very functional.

We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our long weekend stay - the location was perfect, with restaurants, shopping and beach access within steps. Very convenient and felt safe to walk around with our son, both morning and at night. The dedicated parking spots, along with generous beach day and in-unit amenities were very much appreciated. The morning and evening views from the balcony were peaceful - by far one of our favorite long weekend memories as a family. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect beach trip location with responsive, welcoming hosts. We will be booking again!

The unit was comfortable and clean, location was key for us (access to Wrightsville Beach area) as well as being dog friendly. Walkable to restaurants is a great perk. No issues with parking availability and access to the unit was smooth/easy with the keypad entrance. Great value for the location.

The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The parking was very convenient. Everything for us was within walking distance so it was nice to just park the car and forget about it. Being right on the Riverwalk was great. If you want to see Wilmington NC I highly recommend this condo and host.

We absolutely loved our stay and Michael and Skylar were super friendly! The apartment is centrally located, felt super safe, was comfortable, and is beautifully decorated. I cannot recommend staying here enough. ☺️

We stayed for a weekend because we were attending a wedding in Wrightsville. The place is very clean and it has everything you need and more. Gwen is extremely responsive with questions and recommendations and very attentive.The left coffee and creamer available, as well as basics like oil, salt, pepper, sugar. We didn’t cook but the coffee was a great thing to have in the morning as they had also a nice coffee maker to get fresh coffee. The place is extremely convenient. They had a Harris Teeter very close as well as lots of restaurants. The beach is 5 mins away so you can do a lot in less time. I personally recommend the place.

It was our 40th anniversary and we decided that we wanted to go to our favorite beach in North Carolina. We could see the ocean from this apartment and a very short walk to the beach. Enjoyed sleeping on the beds and having 2 bathrooms were fantastic. AC was great and water pressure in shower, was too. They had everything you needed and didnt lack on the supplies. It was a memorable vacation that we will never forget. Thanks Curtis

Great apartment with a perfect location. The balcony had amazing views. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and easy to find. Free parking about two minute walk away. The apartment was walking distance from great restaurants and bars.

Great location in downtown Wilmington on the river. Lots of walkable, restaurants and bars and beautiful historic houses. Awesome view of the river from the deck. Very clean. Will be back.
