Our charming holiday cottage in the Peak District National Park offers you a place to get away from it all. It is set in a hamlet between Buxton and Bakewell. There are walks such as the Monsal Trail, Limestone Way and Pennine Bridalway nearby, with places such as Chatsworth and Haddon Hall a short drive away. The cottage accommodates 4 people (ideally up to 2 adults and 2 children) and is well equipped. It is situated near to our own house. There is a garden and parking next to the cottage.

The Old Chapel is the ground floor apartment in the former Primitive Methodist Chapel in Tideswell. Built in 1893 the property has been lovingly transformed into a luxury contemporary holiday apartment which oozes character and charm. Once inside, the rooms are all on one level. There are walking and cycling routes from the door and after a day out exploring the beautiful Peak District you can sit in the garden on warmer days or put your feet up on the sofas in the warm cosy lounge indoors.

Delightful 1 Bedroom Cottage

Cosy 1 bedroom cottage located just off Buxton's central market place where there is an abundance of pubs, restaurants and shops. The property is a 5 minute walk into Buxton's historic town and the iconic Crescent Hotel. Parking is available directly outside the property or there is plenty of free on street parking or a big car park 20m walk away (there is a residents pass for this car park). The renovated cottage has Netflix,Wi-Fi and a private outdoor area with BBQ to enjoy the fresh air.

We are situated in the country village of Wormhill, Derbyshire, deep in the heart of the Peak District National Park. Closest towns are Tideswell and Buxton. We are very close to the Pennine Bridleway, Monsal Trail and Limestone Way.

Located 3 miles from the town centre of Buxton our comfortable house has lovely views, is perfectly placed for all things Peak District, be it walking, or cycling. There's a a lovely bookstore café at the end of the road & the local pub The Parks Inn is a mile walk away. The house is a short drive into Buxton town centre for shops, bars, theatre & cinema or a little further to Bakewell. our pet friendly house has an enclosed garden & lockable bike shed with bike / dog washing facilities.
