This was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in. The place is at least as good as the photos show. We loved the pool and the outside kitchen with a baking oven run with fire wood to make pizza and bread. The area is very quiet and the view on the surrounding hills very relaxing. Also, John is an extremely friendly and helpful host. We highly recommend the place!

Dimitris place was great, very cosy and peaceful. Big living room, nice kitchen and nice bedroom. Big outdoor area which was a plus, so you can park up your car, have the pets outside, and enjoy a coffee or a meal on the porch. Only thing is the car is a must in the location. Great value for money

Great vacation home and Mr. Christos was available for anything he needed. Gave instructions for getting into the place and was very accessible. As far as the area is concerned, unique views and tranquility. A worthy recommendation for stay and relaxation 5/5.

Therefore, we decided to book Spyros' place to host our guests. Our guests absolutely loved the apartment—they felt very comfortable, at home, and were thoroughly satisfied with their overall experience, including the smooth check-in and check-out process. The apartment itself is modern, spacious, sunny, warm, and cozy, and includes all listed amenities and more. Communication with the hosting team was excellent throughout. We had an incredible stay at this stunning property! We were a group of 11, and the house could not have been more perfect for us. The space is designed with two spacious sitting areas on the main floor and another in the basement. This layout allowed the kids to play within eyesight while the adults relaxed in their own space—ideal for families like ours. The pool is large and beautiful, surrounded by meticulously maintained greenery. The entire property is gorgeous, with mountain views everywhere you look. We loved the privacy here. Yet, it was only a short drive to beautiful beaches and the charming town of Nafplio, which we explored and enjoyed. We stayed for six nights but could have easily stayed a month. The kitchen is fully equipped. The outdoor dining area and kitchen were a highlight. In short, this property exceeded all of our expectations. It's spacious and beautifully maintained, and the caretakers are lovely. We cannot wait to return. Thank you, John!

Rented this house for family event in town. Exceeded all expectations and provided for a very comfortable stay. Hosts were responsive and friendly, and even went out of their way to return an item that one of the guests had left behind. Two blocks from the beach in an upscale residential area. Would definitely stay again!

This place was very spacious for our family of 6 that stayed in April. The private beach access was great and area was quiet. We very much enjoyed our stay here!

Perfect place , beautiful views , peace, quiet, generally very charming place. The only drawback(not for everyone ) that there was no glass on one of the floors of the terrace, but only a barrier through which younger children can fall out, so you have to watch out, but with no reservations . It was beautiful ;)

Wonderful house, as advertised in description and as shown in pictures. It has all amenities and is in a great location, close to the Spetses port, but far enough to be completely quiet at night. Veranda on top floor has a really nice view. The house is easy to find, as it is close to the city’s museum, and all windy roads have signs to the spetses museum. We were a family of 4 + 2 extra guests, the house easily fit us. We couldn’t be happier with the choice, and made the experience in Spetses unforgettable. The hosts were lovely and very friendly, they left fresh fruit in the fridge for us, and were extremely communicative. Ydria villa is an excellent choice if you plan to spend a few days in Spetses!

This is a beautiful home that has absolutely a wonderful environment with a serene surrounding. Being an artist’s home - everything including the furnishing was beautiful to look at and be in that space. The bedding and the towels were exceptional. Our host gave us very important information as to where to dine and made our stay perfect.

The place is perfect for families with kids. From one side there is no pool which we saw as benefit since you don’t need to look for the kids all the time and they can just ran in the amazing garden, from the other side you can just open the gate at the end of the garden and go to a privet beach. Supper recommended!
