Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kimitsu

We have NEVER stayed in a more thoughtfully designed and perfectly executed Airbnb. The House Manual is exceptionally well done; everything is thoroughly explained and translated, including English instructions and labels on the washing machine. Steps away from groceries, two train lines, and Edoyu Bath House (a must-do experience). Cleanliness, comfort, amenities, hospitality: 6/5 stars. Flawless. Yoshi has solutions for almost any problem: toothbrushes, cotton swabs, shoe deodorant, laundry bags, etc. And proper mirror lighting for makeup application. He stored our luggage before and after check-in/check-out, allowing us to relax and truly enjoy our first and final day in Tokyo. Overall: 6/5 Yoshi’s Airbnb is the standard by which all Superhosts should be measured.

Hiroyuki San was the best host we’ve had so far. Responsive , super helpful and proactive about everything He provided everything for us before we even ask. The apartment was equipped with all the amenities listed and more. He was always for responsive and ready to help with any of our needs It’s nowhere near the “center” of Tokyo so keep that in mind. If you want a stay near Yokohama though it’s the best you can find. Thank you Hiroyuki San for having us

Had an excellent week long stay here. Mitsuru-San, the host, communicated very well and made sure I had everything I needed. The area itself is quiet, close to the station, and near some nice restaurants. Recommend for those looking for a convenient and comfortable stay

Such a great find! The flat is stunning and looks exactly as described, spacious and very nicely designed and decorated. The area is also very vibrant, loads of restaurant and the host kindly provide a long list of places to go

Gimmicky. I want to get that out of the way right now. This property is capitalizing off of having an onsen nearby with traditional looking Japanese bedding and decor. That's what got me, and it might be what's getting you...I would say that's probably not worth it. The place itself is fine. The bedding is fine, but in the end I chose this place over other cheaper options for the novelty, I feel I could have gotten a little bit better value elsewhere, but still overall happy with what I got and what I paid. I used the onsen once during my two week stay. I really like onsens, but this one is small, busy, and I just wasn't a fan. Service was awesome. He spoke great English, and helped me bring my heavy luggage up the stairs to my room. Overall, despite starting out critical here, this place is really nice and I like the quiet area next to nice walking paths. Lastly, I wish the place had a small dining table and chairs. You basically have to eat at a small low table on the floor.

Clean, quiet, and very well appointed home. It was obvious the host took great care to try and think of every detail to make this a comfortable stay. He was exceptionally responsive and also helped me with some of my trip plans when I asked. It was greatly appreciated! It is not close to the center of the city, which wasn’t always convenient but I would not have wanted to stay in the heart of bustling Shibuya, so it really comes down to preference.

Hanna’s place was perfect for my parents and me. It was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for a nice stay.

Rua was very helpful and understanding when my check in was delayed due to airline delays. The place was easy to find and in a nice area

La maison de Kan est située dans un quartier extrêmement calme (peut-être trop calme pour certains). L’endroit est chaleureux, très intime, bien loin de l’ameublement stéréotypé auquel on est habitué sur Airbnb. La tiny house de Kan est astucieusement aménagée, accueillant deux personnes dans de très bonnes conditions. Attention toutefois aux visiteurs les plus âgés, l’escalier est assez abrupt et l’accès à la baignoire assez difficile. Kan a été très attentif à notre bien-être. Nos quatre nuits dans sa maison ont été très paisibles et nous recommandons évidemment son logement. Merci pour tout !

大人16名で滞在させていただきましたが、ダーツやカラオケもあり誰も退屈せず楽しむことができました！ 館内は非常に綺麗で広くて快適でした。

ヨーロッパに今夏帰国する友人家族と合計6名で利用しました。日本の古民家は始めてだったようで入った瞬間から感激していました。BBQも利用しましたが、道具一式全て揃っていて炭火で焼いたお肉の味は格別でした。あいにくのお天気でしたが、勝浦やその他の景勝地にも近く、思い出に残る素敵な旅となりました。

Great stay the kids had a fabulous time. Lots of space. Perfect place for us to stay as we went out for the full day and then could eat dinner at home. Had everything you needed for appliances etc.

I honestly don’t know where to begin. Staying in Keiko’s home was truly one of the greatest honors of our time in Japan—it was a highlight of the entire trip. From the moment we walked through her door, we were immersed in Japanese culture. Keiko greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel immediately at home. She patiently guided us through everything, showing us how to use her space with care and respect. Her home is a reflection of her spirit—graceful, serene, and full of beauty. I was deeply moved and inspired by her presence and generosity. Being invited to take part in her traditional Japanese tea ceremony was an experience I will never forget. She took the time to teach us the rituals and meaning behind each step, explaining everything with such clarity and heart. She dressed us in beautiful kimonos, carefully helping us put them on the correct way. Drinking matcha that was pure and fresh—words fail me. It was unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. The house was absolutely spotless! It was easy 10-12mins walking distance from Ikebukuro station. 7/11 and shopping malls nearby. Though the house was tiny, I suppose that's the tokyo standard, but cleverly decorated & organized. easily felt at home.

Perfect stay! Extremely close to Oedo line. Walkable distance to Shinjuku. Clean, spacious, safe. Jun was also very kind and responsive. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

Superb stay in Shimokitazawa. We really loved the area (enough going on but not as mental as Shibuya). The apartment was a great base for a few days and the tub was a bonus. Thanks, would stay again ⭐️

Klein aber Fein. die Unterkunft hat wirklich ALLES was man braucht. Sie ist auch sehr sauber und zentral.

We really enjoyed Aileen’s place for the 6 nights we stayed and we really found the Nakano station very convenient being on the Chuo Rapid line we could get to Shinjuku in 5 minutes. And from there we had several connecting lines to travel anywhere within Tokyo. The space in the apartment was lavish compared to the cramped Tokyo hotel rooms and we could easily have all our luggage in the living room. The deck was an added bonus as it has some spectacular sunset views. Overall a wonderful place to be in a quiet area but close to the action.

The residence has everything you need for to rejuvenate after a day out in the city. Amenities include hotel toiletries and vanity kits, coffee, tea, clothes washer and dryer. There is a paid parking lot across the street in case it is needed for a car. Access to trains makes for a quick trip to Haneda airport, Yokohama city center and shopping and an hour ride to center of Tokyo. Also easy access to connect to Shinkansen for day trips. 7-11, Lawson's, and Family Mart are around the corner as well as a walkable shopping area with lots of eateries. The size is great for couples or a family with one small child that doesn't mind sharing the bed or sleeping on a futon.
