Recently refurbished farmhouse located just off the Wild Atlantic Way. The property is 6 km from the coastal town of Kilkee and 7 km from the market town of Kilrush. The Burren and Cliffs of Moher are approximately 1 hour’s drive. Peaceful location in the West Clare countryside. Pets are welcome but no stags, hens or parties. Own transport is advised, limited public transport is available 500 m from the house. Covered shed available for motorbikes. Owner lives next door. (House in front).

It is only 0.4km from the Blue Flag beach at Cappa Pier with its popular children's playground. Just 3km from the pier is the famous island monastic settlement of Scattery Island with its 1000 year old round tower.
