I had an amazing stay at The Sky in Sun City, Phu Quoc! The apartment was modern, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with large windows that offered breathtaking views of the ocean and city. Watching the sunset from the master bed was one of the highlights. The location is very convenient — close to restaurants, cafes, and just a short ride to the beach. The area feels fresh and vibrant, perfect for both relaxing and exploring. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in seamless. The apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen, strong Wi-Fi, and a comfy bed. If you're looking for a clean, stylish place to stay in Phu Quoc with great views and a central location, I highly recommend The Sky at Sun City. I’d definitely return!

Everything is fine inside the house! The address needs to be clearly stated on the plate of the specific building, otherwise the airport driver can easily drop me off at the door of another building. The sudden water and power outage caused me to wait for half a day for the water and electricity to come. If you need to replenish any items, they cannot be delivered in time. The house is very warm and everything will be fine if you treat it as your own home.

Simply lovely! One of the best AirBnbs we have stayed in. Beautiful view over the sea with outstanding sunsets. Daily firework show from your window is remarkable! Place is brand new, feels like home as clearly it wasn’t build just for profit, all was done with love, attention to all details, superior appliances and materials installed. For nomads : very quick WiFi! Area around is chill and maintained on a high level. Lots of secluded beaches reached easily by scooter on almost empty roads. One of the rare places where host will provide you with anything you need on arrival : starting with spices and finishing with finding a needed scooter for you, while most places are sold out. We felt like home indeed for a month,even felt sad to leave. Strongly recommended for everyone! Thank you 🙏🏼

very impressive experience. Host is nice and helpful. We arrived very late yet she waited us til our arrival. Apartment is quite good as well. Everything is tidy and neat. We had an amazing view from the room. A gym room and swimming pool are also included.

I’ve booked this place for my parents on their vacation and we got the best service ever! Apartment is beautiful and has an amazing view, host organised a lot of activities and also airport transfers. Communication was smooth and easy. Level of hospitality and service was beyond all the expectations. I highly recommend this place to anyone, promise you will enjoy. Very professional

Everything is perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. The view is great. The amenities are good. The location is perfect. We faced little issues with the cleaning service but still I go 5/5. Thanh arranged one way dropping for free.

Tin’s place is a great place to stay at for short or long term. Tin has been such a great host and very responsive since before I started booking with him. He was very quick on taking actions that needed to be done and his assistant was very sweet and helpful. I would totally recommend staying at this place it’s exactly like in the photos it’s beautiful and feels like home. I was on the second floor penthouse and there was a small kitchen outside and a dining table great to have a small takeout dinner with friends and family. At night the balcony was beautifully lit. My family and I really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place for anyone staying in Phu Quoc. Thank you Tin for being such an amazing host !

I stayed here for two days to explore this part of the island and take a ride on the cable car, as I’m staying in the northwestern part of the island. The room had a stunning sea view and was equipped with everything necessary, including a small kitchen, which is convenient if you plan to stay longer. The photos are similar, but this was not the exact same room. It was in a different hotel, but that didn’t make much of a difference, except that there was no washing machine as shown in the pictures. However, the hotels are close to each other, and the view from the window was just as breathtaking. At night, you can watch fireworks from the balcony. I was satisfied with my choice of room for these two days.

The place was nice, clean and quiet but the location itself, in the south part of the island, is still very new so not much happening during the day but if you head toward the coastal town nearby by walking or take a taxis to the north side, it’s lovely. Our host, Long, was very responsive and communication was amazing.

Great place and kind host! The host is very attentive, quick to respond, always ready to help. The property has an incredible sea view and the entire town. The apartment is clean, has a kitchen, spacious shower and spacious balcony, the bed is very comfortable and soft, the bedding is changed every week. A studio apartment, but for the price it is worth it. New renovation and very bright room. I highly recommend the Sunset Village area, the area is quite autonomous and has convenient connections by free bus to the beach/pharmacy/market. Far from the central city, but unlike it - it has a clean, tidy area, less traffic and clean sea air! Next time I will be happy to stay with the same host) Cons: - on the balcony you can hear and see the neighbors -there are loud fireworks on the beach every evening, so you won't be able to sleep until 10 pm

great location for people who want to spend time near hon thom cable car and kiss bridge... good for all cuisines except..for Indian food and vegetarian food which was not at all available near the place....

my stay at LyLy place was amazing! its like i died and went to heaven! this is the most beautiful place i have ever seen. pristine beaches with great restaurants right on yhe beach. everything i needed is right down stairs- in the building. convenience stores restaurants grocery all easy walking distance. couldn't ask for better place and i have been everywhere! host was perfect-response time very quick- communication excellent- can't go wrong with this place!

Deserves rating above 5! The property is new and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, it's near the beach and kiss of the sea theater, the bed is very comfy it's like sleeping on the clouds, the host Ms Trinh was very kind and quick to respond and attend to our inquiries, she even suggested activities and restaurants to try! I will definitely re-book this property if I visited the city. Thank you Trinh!

There was a buggy car service going back and forth to the beach, so it was very convenient, and it was nice that they kindly guided me upon request. And it's better because there are cute kittens living near the accommodation.
