Holiday rentals with a patio in Kiefersfelden

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

Our stay at Markus's was great! For us, the starting point was particularly perfect for our (racing) bike tours and hikes - directly from the front door to the Hochries and Kampenwand. The apartment is wonderfully equipped and a small oasis (the coffee machine makes the start to the day perfect; coffee beans are also available) Thank you :-)

The accommodation was spectacular, I would say that the photos do not do justice to what the place and the neighborhood really are, since it was wonderful. Despite being a little remote from everything, it helped us to be calm, relax and from there go out to our visiting destinations. I would definitely come back again.

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Beautiful apartment. Proper amenities and groceries available as well as laundry for the washing machine and dishwasher. The village is beautiful and the view from the balcony is incredible. Please note: apartment on the 4th floor without elevator. May be difficult for some people. Note: indicate where to dispose of the glass.

Beautiful apartment and very sweet, helpful hosts! We were greeted by a high-quality furnished, top modern and clean apartment, which is located in a new, very well-maintained house. After the holiday, our son probably first talked about the apartment, which he liked so much, in kindergarten. In the basement, the apartment has its own washing machine and dryer, both of which are ready for use at any time if needed. Despite the proximity to the highway, the apartment is quiet. Bakers, butchers and a small supermarket are within walking distance. The location of the apartment makes it an excellent place to explore the area around Lake Chiemsee and the entire Bavarian Alpine foothills as far as Austria. Carolin and Stephan always had an open ear, were always easy to reach and were there to help with advice and action. Their friendly manner made the stay even more pleasant. We'd love to come back!

What a lovely place to stay! Anna was lovely and extremely friendly and made us feel at home. I would definitely recommend staying here and would also love to stay again!

We spent an extended weekend in this beautiful and modern accommodation and felt completely comfortable. The absolute highlight was the indoor pool – in the rather bad weather, it was just the thing to still create a holiday feeling. The water temperature was constant between 31 and 34 degrees, which made swimming particularly pleasant. The house was very clean. Mariola was very friendly and accommodating. She offered and provided us with a mobile cot, which we greatly appreciated. The sauna in the basement was also great, it needs a little while to get really warm, but if you have a little patience, it will be a really nice sauna experience. The size of the sauna allows several people to relax at the same time. Unfortunately, we could not really use the outdoor pool due to the weather, but in better weather this would certainly have been a highlight. All in all, a very nice stay.

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Hermanns place was cozy with lots of natural light and character. Great fenced in backyard, perfect for our dog. Very easily accessible to multiple skiing areas and extremely accessible from the Autobahn. Many options for grocery shopping and eating nearby. Hermann was extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely visit again!

Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and high-quality furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was forecast. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the large amount of wood. From Großweil, you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets, if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got exactly that. Our family had a wonderful few days at Anna's home. The home is very nice, charming and has everything you need, and the location can't be beat - walkable to several restaurants within minutes. We loved spending afternoons on the porch. Anna was a great host and communication was great. Would definitely stay again!

The chalet was well furnished and in a fantastic location. The amenities are excellent and the interior is perfectly coordinated. With hot tub and sauna, the overall package is excellent! The uncomplicated check-in and check-out is very positive. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at the Flying Roots house. Perfect for a holiday with a child and dog. The garden is large and fenced. Great that we could just let our dog out. The location is perfect for activities in the area. We felt very comfortable. Thank you very much.

Super nice apartment, very spacious, equipped with everything you need, super clean, nice little garden with terrace...there is nothing to complain about at all!! Doris even provided us with a few beers and snacks before she welcomed us in a very nice way. We would come back anytime if we were on holiday in the Rosenheim area!

Location, location, location! Close to many museums, restaurants, markets, boutiques, and only a short subway trip to center of Munich. Sarah’s place was perfect for our week stay in Munich! The place was spotless, modern, and well equipped. She took initiative to make our stay even more comfortable for us and our adult daughter. Thank you, Sarah. We had a wonderful time in this exceptionally beautiful accommodation. The house is located in an idyllic setting – perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Everything was very well maintained and lovingly furnished, you can immediately tell that a lot of heart is put into the work here. Lisa and Max were simply great: despite many requests, they always took the time to support us in a friendly and helpful way. They were very eager to fulfil our every wish and made sure that we felt completely comfortable. You rarely experience so much commitment and cordiality! A great place to stay...one of the most beautiful we've booked on Airbnb so far. Everything was great and everything you need was available. Internet connection could be a little better, but that wasn't so important to us. A great place to unplug. The bathroom is a dream. We can only recommend the property. Thank you. 😊
