Holiday rentals with a patio in Kiahuna Beach

We wanted a space in the middle of Kauai with nearby beach, restaurants, and only 90 minute drive as far as you can go to either the Tunnels Beach or Polihale. We mostly traveled to the less touristy beaches during the day and spent the evenings swinging on the porch swings looking at the beach between the AirBNB and the Hyatt each evening. Great space for 2 with separate bedroom and living room for couples that get up at 2 different times and a washer dryer so we could bring clean clothes home. Great kitchen with all the upgraded supplies. 2 walkable coffee shops and restaurants less than a mile away. We stayed at the Four Seasons Maui the week before and although we really, really enjoyed the understated luxury, we liked Kauai and this space better. Thanks for a great week!

Great condo, quiet location yet close to beaches and restaurants. Very comfortable, everything you need for relaxing time. Charles was very responsive to any of our questions. I highly recommend this property for a great vacation spot. We will definitely be back. Kauai is an amazing place to visit, you won't want to leave.

We only stayed one night, got there pretty late and left very early in the morning. Place was perfect for our needs, easy and flexible check-in, clean, great location. I would stay again if in Kauai.

This place absolutely exceeded our expectations! The photos truly don’t do it justice — the location is literally breathtaking. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful and spotless everything was. The check-in process was seamless, and parking was a breeze thanks to the super clear instructions. We did have one small hiccup when the smoke alarm went off late at night, but Lauren was incredibly responsive and helpful — she handled it quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated. All in all, this was an amazing stay and we can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend!

The grounds and the location of the Marriott were amazing. We loved the pool and beach access. We had a view of the ocean, and, even though we were in the furthest building from the beach, the walk wasn’t too bad. The living space was perfect for our family of four ( 2 teenagers).

Guys, everything was perfect! Princeville is nice and quaint. We took a walk through the golf course area and enjoyed all the trees/scenery. Parking is very close to the unit and Ryan is very responsive. The place is pristine and had everything we needed

Stayed here for a week to celebrate my anniversary with my girlfriend Erick place was easy to find and we had a great time! Everything was spotless and beautiful we would most definitely be coming back KAUI IS A BEAUTIFUL 🏝️!!!

Awesome place to stay! House was very clean and modern with a lot of thoughtful details. Location is perfect for exploring all that kauai has to offer, given proximity to wailua river, the easy drive to northern beaches, but also to southern areas for Allerton, etc. Peter was very responsive and suggested some great hikes that weren’t on our radar. But we also just enjoyed being in the house for down time after all our activities, with windows open and that ocean breeze blowing through. We didn’t want to leave.

The place surpassed all our expectations. The views from the balcony of the mountains, lush trees, flowers and waterfalls are so beautiful. We definitely want to go back. You will not be disappointed!!

We had a fantastic stay! Anneliese made everything so easy. She provided super clear directions and it was so simple to check in/check out. She was friendly and communicated well. The location is very walkable to the nearby coffee shop, restaurants, and beaches. You can tell these hosts thought about all the little details like the beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and beach toys. We really enjoyed it!

We absolutely loved our stay in Lisa's home in Koloa! The house was very clean, comfortable, and felt like home for us during our stay. We loved sitting on the outdoor balcony watching the sunrise or just hanging out, reading and relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms and bathrooms had great space, and it was a 15 minute walk to nearby restaurants and shopping. The massive couch was great for our family of 5, and we enjoyed playing games at the dining table. The location was also convenient to activities we had scheduled during our stay. We highly recommend this house and the Koloa area!

This house was perfect. The porch was nestled up against the forest and we had horses visit us each day. It was a very short walk to a quiet beach and a short drive to Hanalei Bay for groceries. Honestly didn’t feel like we needed to go anywhere else on the island because this place was so relaxing.

Great place in the north area of Kauai. Close to Hanalei. Sina’s place was great for my boyfriend and I. We really appreciated the AC in the bedroom and the free laundry in the place. The host was also great at communicating and responding quickly. I would book with Sina again in the future! :)

We stayed our last night in Kauai at Jake's place, and it was nice to have somewhere very close to the beach while still feeling very private and peaceful. The only noises heard were the chickens. They have air conditioning as well, which made for a comfortable sleeping situation after having spent the last week in an un-air conditioned space that at times felt too warm and humid to be comfortable. We didn't make use of the kitchen, but it was a nice space. Not sure about the pans/dishes but the sitting area was comfortable. The bathrooms were nice a clean, and the beds were comfortable. We did book this last minute, and so we felt that the rate was well worth the amenities and comfort.

There arent enough characters to say all of the wonderful things I want to about Lisa's Ohana! To start, Lisa is a fantastic host - so responsive and truly so kind! The Ohana is an absolute dream, definitely one of my favorite Airbnbs that Ive stayed in. It's spacious, beautiful and has numerous thoughtful touches to make your stay so convenient. In addition to the beach gear, Lisa even provides "red dirt" towels so you dont have to be anxious about getting the beach towels dirty after a muddy hike! The kitchen is stocked if you choose to cook at home, the GORGEOUS bathroom alone is enough to make me want to stay forever, and I slept amazingly in the super comfy bed. Everything is clean, modern, and well-stocked. Last, the location couldn't be better. I loved my morning walks around the neighborhood, and you're minutes away from great beaches, Old Town Koloa and other food/shopping. I'm so sad to leave, but when I return to Kauai, there is nowhere else that I want to stay! Mahalo Lisa!

Absolutely loved our stay at Princeville. Amazing location, with a beautiful sunset view and the hideaway beach within walking distance. My fiancé and I absolutely enjoyed the peaceful and beautiful apartment. The location also made it wonderful! Thank you for the fabulous stay!

I’ve visited Kauai for years, and I really enjoyed my stay at Cameron and Tanya’s loft condo. It’s a corner unit, and has a lovely view at the dining area. I enjoyed the contrast of the sun lit dining area, and the shaded living area and loft bedroom. It looked like a treehouse from the inside. When the sliding doors are open with the fan on there was never a need to turn on the AC. I would only use it for a few minutes right before going to bed, to push out the hot air that tends to collect up above. The kitchen was well stocked. The Lawry’s seasoning was a surprise. And I had no difficulty cooking whatever suited my fancy during my stay. I slept like a rock every night although I did have to remove the mattress topper, I’m a firm bed girlie. Cameron and Tanya were both very responsive and quick to provide assistance with any concerns. Thank you for picking up my amazon package from the mailbox Cameron! I highly recommend their vacation condo and hope to book it again when I return!

The Cliffs is a great place to stay on the north end of the island. Bryant and Jane’s unit has a gorgeous unobstructed view of the ocean and sunset. The lanai was the best one there! There were plenty of beach chairs, mats etc to take on local excursions. The bed was comfortable. We liked that each night and/or morning there was a food truck available for guests. We have no reservations recommending their place.

We had an amazing stay at Linda’s place!! The condo was clean, cozy, and easy to check in to. We were able to get an early check in which was awesome. The condo was only a 5 minute walk to Kiahuna beach and a 10 minute walk to Poipu beach. There’s an amazing coffee shop (Little Fish) across the street that we went to multiple times. Linda also included beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling stuff) which came in handy! Finally, Linda was extremely friendly. We will definitely be back!

Great condo. Had everything I needed. Ocean view from lanai. Private location in back of the building. I hardly heard anyone. Grounds and pool were very relaxing and beautiful.

Wife and I have been married 43 years and this was our best vacation ever. We love Kauai, but have never had the beautiful views and convenience we had with Allison's place. She is very vested in making sure you are taken care of and happy. She was so responsive...we couldn't have asked for better treatment. The view from our lanai was spectacular! I was diagnosed with Parkinson's right before our trip, so we were around the resort a little more than we had planned. It could not have been better. We all know that going to Hawaii is not cheap, but we left this place feeling like we really got our moneys worth. The condo was beautifully decorated and was comfortable from the moment we entered. I can't overstate how pleased we are with the way Allison treated us and the beautiful place she provided for us. We are looking forward to our next trip to Kauai. It really is the best Island in our opinion. Thanks again to Allison and her team for all of their caring and professionalism.

This place was generally great and well suited for our family’s needs. A 3-4 min walk to the beach! AC was also amazing for hotter nights. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware/cookware, and there were plenty of items for activities (eg beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, kid’s inner tube, etc) There was a damaged bedroom door when we arrived, but the host got maintenance to fix it very quickly. Some negatives: - kitchen knives were dangerously dull - they need to get sharpened. - we found a cockroach in the bathroom at one point - we personally humanely removed it (don’t know if this is par for the course in Hawaii though) - one of the beach chair’s straps were broken, needs to get fixed or replaced

I stayed at this place with 2 kids. Beach is 1 min from the entry door, very safe and peaceful. Not crowded beach at all. Great small restaurants right there. Parking available. Cute little place perfect for us. Patricia and Katie was always ready to answer all of our questions and was very helpful. Very beautiful surroundings, roosters, chickens, small chicks and different kinds of birds everywhere which we found very cute. Cannot wait to come back! Thank you!
