Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kiahuna Beach

Beautiful place and location…spend the week on the large lanai soaking in the sound of the waves! House was well stocked with both kitchen supplies and beach supplies (chairs, wagon, toys, boogie board) which made a beach vacation with 4 little children very enjoyable and easy! Loved the outdoor hose to spray off the sand after a day at the beach and the outdoor shower was an added bonus! A few of the overhead fans could not be turned up from a low setting making it quite warm on some of the nights -a few box fans/portable fans would help significantly to move around the house when it gets warm but otherwise everything was amazing and would stay here again!

We couldn’t have asked for anything else! This place was stocked with everything to enjoy your Kauai vacation. The garage had lots of things to go out and use at the beach and around Princeville. The house was beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what we were hoping for! Amy was awesome and extremely accommodating and responsive. We would 100% stay here again!! Thanks🌺

We really did enjoy our stay here, it was easy to check in and it’s about a mile away from some very delicious restaurants and shops. The rec center is down the street and the pictures are as described. Brandon is very responsive and quickly answers your questions and gives useful information. The cottage was quaint, clean, and very cozy and relaxing. It was very clean, however I did have an issue with some things that weren’t thoroughly cleaned and wiped down. I’m very particular as I’m very allergic to dust so I mentioned this to Brandon and he offered to have his cleaner go back and fix the spots that weren’t thoroughly cleaned missed. However it wasn’t anything major as I’m just picky. The kitchen and bedrooms were immaculate and looked brand new. There are tons of supplies in the house and in the garage, which I loved. Brandon was so kind, due to this issue the owner came by and gave my kids candy and a book to read. It was very thoughtful and sweet. Overall great experience.

Nice spot for a family of 5 on an island adventure. the seacoast is a short walk and along the coast there is a hiking (or trail running) trails that can go 5+ miles. we never used the beach in front of the nearby hotel as it is rough, but walked to and snorkel at Poipu. the house has games, and a private backyard.

My sisters and I loved this place. Ingrid is great, quick to respond and very helpful. The location is beautiful, very close to great beaches and snorkeling. The beach is just across the street and always empty giving one the feel of having a private beach. Great views from the dining room so we often ate dinner at home after being gone for the day. Close to a great little coffee shop-The Haven. We look forward to going back!

We stayed our last night in Kauai at Jake's place, and it was nice to have somewhere very close to the beach while still feeling very private and peaceful. The only noises heard were the chickens. They have air conditioning as well, which made for a comfortable sleeping situation after having spent the last week in an un-air conditioned space that at times felt too warm and humid to be comfortable. We didn't make use of the kitchen, but it was a nice space. Not sure about the pans/dishes but the sitting area was comfortable. The bathrooms were nice a clean, and the beds were comfortable. We did book this last minute, and so we felt that the rate was well worth the amenities and comfort.

Natalie’s home is the perfect place to stay and explore Kauai’s North Shore. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood and the backyard feels like your own lush, private retreat to relax after a long day of snorkeling and paddle boarding. I can honestly say this is the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Tons of attention to every detail. The care that was put into this home shows. It was more than enough space for our family of six. Every beach and activity supply we could have asked for was in the garage and in great shape. Beach umbrellas, chairs, a wagon, footballs, beach towels, straw hats, snorkeling gear, everything. We also used the bikes to cruise around the neighborhood and run to Foodland for groceries or a poke bowl. If you’re looking for the absolute best spot for home base in Princeville, this should be your place. Natalie was quick and easy to communicate with and she also has lots of helpful tips for food, beaches, etc. We can’t wait to visit again!

Our family felt right at home, thanks to Donna! It was comfortable and clean, and really ended up being exactly how she described! We will definitely reach out to Donna next time we're coming to Kauai!

We only stayed one night, got there pretty late and left very early in the morning. Place was perfect for our needs, easy and flexible check-in, clean, great location. I would stay again if in Kauai.

Great little place. I enjoyed my stay here. It is small but I knew that going in. The kitchen feels spacious and is well equipped. Thanks for the goodies and the flowers! The bed is very comfortable. It is a bit noisy early in the morning (roosters and vehicles) but I slept fine after the first night. Thank you for everything!

Adam and Beata’s place was great for our vacation! It’s a very peaceful place with a beautiful yard. It was great for two and we really appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as having snorkels, boogie boards, and beach chairs in case we needed them. We loved our stay!

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and Alex’s place was great for our stay! The place was clean and close to many shops and restaurants. We enjoyed walking to get coffee across the street and eating at the local spots. It was well stocked with anything you’d need for a beach day. The mattress in the master bed was also a little stiff and I wish it was closer to the beach or had a closer beach view, but it is within a few minutes walk of a nearby beach. Overall, it’s centrally located in the south shore and I’d recommend to stay in this place!

Stayed here for a week to celebrate my anniversary with my girlfriend Erick place was easy to find and we had a great time! Everything was spotless and beautiful we would most definitely be coming back KAUI IS A BEAUTIFUL 🏝️!!!

The most perfect stay! My husband and I brought our almost 8 month old and having a pack n play and high chair at our condo was an absolute game changer. We truly didn’t need a THING while staying here. Having so many amenities and extras made it extremely worth while. If we ever go back to Kauai we will 100% stay here again, I don’t think we could stay anywhere else!

I honestly can’t think of a better location to stay in Kauai. Kapaa is ideally located for traveling either north or south and a short distance from Lihue. The condo is right on the beach across a short walkway and the view is spectacular. We loved the sound of the waves in the night. Also, it’s next to the pool and a 2 minute walk from restaurants and stores. Josie was super responsive to our questions and everything went smoothly. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay, exceptionally clean, beautiful and comfortable unit packed with Aloha! All of the descriptions and photos are accurate, and the place looks even better in person. A perfect home base for exploring the garden island! We will return for sure.

Absolutely perfect! It’s a double condo with tons of space and a double lanai with beautiful views. Truly our best air bnb stay yet. Princeville is gorgeous and the Hanalei Bay Resort has great amenities, two good restaurants, two pools access to the beach and a beach bar. Spectacular!

My husband and I stayed here for part 2 of our honeymoon trip. It was everything we could’ve asked for and more! Such a beautiful space and wonderful location!

Excellent place to stay in Poipu area. Walking distance from the Kukuiula and Poipu shopping areas. This place is very spacious, has a nice lanai with tropical view of the stream that flows through the complex. The shower is really nice. The host Jayne is very helpful and quick to respond if you need anything.

Wife and I have been married 43 years and this was our best vacation ever. We love Kauai, but have never had the beautiful views and convenience we had with Allison's place. She is very vested in making sure you are taken care of and happy. She was so responsive...we couldn't have asked for better treatment. The view from our lanai was spectacular! I was diagnosed with Parkinson's right before our trip, so we were around the resort a little more than we had planned. It could not have been better. We all know that going to Hawaii is not cheap, but we left this place feeling like we really got our moneys worth. The condo was beautifully decorated and was comfortable from the moment we entered. I can't overstate how pleased we are with the way Allison treated us and the beautiful place she provided for us. We are looking forward to our next trip to Kauai. It really is the best Island in our opinion. Thanks again to Allison and her team for all of their caring and professionalism.

Beautiful condo, in a great location. They thought of everything from extra towels to beach supplies. We could have easily spent all our time in the condo with how nice it was. Communication and instructions were great! Mahalo!

We had the most wonderful honeymoon. Tom and Margaret were kind and allowed us an early check in. Beautiful condo and such a perfect location. It had everything we needed to be comfortable with a lovely cross wind with the doors opened. We would love to return again soon.

Christopher's place was, simply put, amazing! His Airbnb was charming, spacious, welcoming, comfortable, and provided so many well thought out amenities. The bed was SO comfortable, the a/c kept worked very well, the lanai was beautifully shaded and the perfect place to enjoy my coffee before heading out to the very short walk to the beach. We never used the snorkel gear, but Christopher has all possible beach gear nicely organized on the lanai and available for use. Christopher himself is communicative, kind, and generous in all his suggestions. His thoughtful details were greatly appreciated. His Airbnb added so much charm and peace to my already relaxing and memorable birthday trip. Thank you for hosting us, Christopher! We can't wait to return!
