Staying at this homestay was a long-pending plan, and I’m so glad I finally made it happen! I first came across this place in a YouTube video last year and was instantly drawn to its stunning location. Seeing it in person was even better—it’s truly a hidden gem nestled in the heart of nature. The host, Parag, is an incredibly kind and down-to-earth person. I really appreciate the way he has thoughtfully designed the entire space. As soon as you enter through the gate, a long road leads you toward the homestay, just like the houses we used to draw in our childhood. The property is surrounded by an abundance of greenery, with banana, supari, and coconut trees, along with a variety of beautiful flowers. It feels like stepping into a dream home. I visited for my kid’s birthday, and it was absolutely worth it. The place offers serenity, the kind of peaceful atmosphere you’d expect from an ideal getaway. If you’re looking for a place to unwind amidst nature, this is the perfect retreat!

I wish I had more days to stay back at Aranyavaat Ecostay to enjoy its pristine surroundings and homely hospitality. The homestay is located in a forest with beautifully curated room and viewing deck where you get to enjoy outdoor meals. The hosts cook such lovely local kokani cuisine that can give boutique restaurants a run for their money. And the company of Malhar and his parents who are not just super hosts but great knowledgable individuals conversations with whom can add so much to your experience as a traveler. Next time I visit Aranyavaat I am surely staying longer and hoping Malhar will be available too to take me through on tour of beautiful Kokan !

Fantastic place. Heaven for nature lovers and those who seeking peace away from city. There is mobile network too. However WiFi in common area can be requested. Food is very delicious. For bird lovers this is paradise, one can easily spot blu eared kingfisher, stork billed kingfisher, white throated kingfisher, woodpeckers, swallows , Indian crow pheasant, water hens. Total property is 65 acres approximately which has multiple plantations. Manager Jay can take you for walk around the property which I recommend you should. Overall a must visit place.

We had a great stay at this place. Host is proactive with communication and suggestions. Local care taker was responsive and soft spoken. Keep in mind this is in a secluded area that receives lots of rain, so walls and paints do show effects of rain. Limited food options around. If you are looking for a place to be with nature and relax and still be 45 mins away from the beach, look no further. Value for money.
