Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Kewarra Beach

Had a wonderful stay at Carmen’s residence in Cairns in early June. The residence is located about 25 minutes the airport by car as well as the center of town and the marina where you can catch boats for excursions. So, you’ll need to drive or rent a taxi/Uber. The house is located Inside a gated community estate and there’s a code that you’ll need to give any arriving taxis. The treehouse itself was absolutely gorgeous, with three floors, multiple rooms, a pool, and surrounded by lush greenery. It felt like we were in a forest! If you’re adventurous, you can even take a private path to the beach and nearby cafes—but be warned, it can be treacherous! Overall, this was a great find. And our hosts were proactive with messages and suggestions that were quite helpful. The only regret we have is that we didn’t get to spend MORE time here!

Wow is the first word that comes to mind. This house was super cool with tons of windows and an incredible view of the beautiful north Queensland has to offer. As big wildlife folks were were not disappointed. Definitely worth a stay if you want to enjoy the forest and a more natural setting.

Very nice relaxing quiet place. Julie looked after us well even providing 6 nice fresh eggs from her chickens. Would recommend.

Fantastic for multiple guests or 2 families. Upstairs and downstairs kitchens. Plenty of space to relax. Excellent ocean views and sunrises.

This home is the epitome of relaxation, style, and wow factor. It has absolutely everything you could need - all the simple touches that make it feel like a home away from home. A short walk from the local hot spots. A view from the backyard that will make you want to stay forever. So many spots to relax, sit back and unwind with the sound of the ocean right at your doorstep. Lovely hosts who shared all the important details. 10/10 ⭐️✨⭐️

Melissa’s place was everything it said it was! Your own private pool, beautiful views & modern bathrooms. A full size fridge, most appliances & a BBQ to make it feel very homely. We had the place to ourselves & had a nice & relaxing stay. Melissa was lovely, providing lots of information & went above and beyond to make it stress free. Any time we needed to ask a question she was more than helpful & kind. Would thoroughly recommend Melissa’s place to anyone who manages to secure a booking!

We had a wonderful time at this home it was perfect for our family. 2 couples and 3 children. Plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed our meals out on the patio by the pool. The kids loved swimming in the pool.

Frank and Oza are the perfect hosts and we enjoyed our time at their little spot in the rainforest immensely! It's a wonderful place to disconnect from urban life, get back to nature and an amazing soul rejuvenation/ nervous system reset from the stresses of modern life. My partner and I are both leaving feeling so well and happy. We hope to be back 🙏🏻

Matthew was definitely a super host with quick responses to any communication. The apartment was in a great location with water views of Trinity Beach and within a few minutes walk to restaurants and a convenience store. A large resort pool was also a bonus to cool off after busy days sightseeing. Thanks Matt for a great stay.

The place was great, exactly what you need if you want to get away from the cairns for a few days. Right next to the beach with a few restaurants and only a 5 mins walk to the bus stop. Stephanie sent a very clear instructions on how to check in and made me feel like she was always available if needed.

Very clean, light filled apartment. 20 minutes walk from the centre of Cairns. Host was very communicative. Addition of washing machine and dryer was very helpful as we travelled with a small baby. Access to pools in the complex also great was to relax in the North Queensland heat!

Place was clean, cosy and eveything as described. Great location as it was it is close to the airport.

We had a fabulous 3 night stay at Shan’s place, and wish we had booked longer! Shan provided easy to follow information, and everything was exactly as described. Extremely clean and comfortable! A lot more spacious than we expected, and my border collie had lots of space to relax and enjoy the beautiful breeze on the balcony..he was very happy! The rain head shower was amazing!! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook or order in, with quality fittings. The location is perfect, and we felt very secure in this lovely building and surrounds. We had plenty of off street parking, which is a great help. We are definitely visiting again soon and highly recommend Shan’s place for a relaxing and comfy stay! Thanks Shan!

We spent over a week at this lovely place. The vibe is just so peaceful, bright and welcoming! There are all amenities you could need. The place is a few minutes on foot from the restaurnats and the beach. It was very nice to have the morning coffee in the cozy garden. The pool was great as well. Megan was super friendly and made sure we had all we needed. Hope to be back one day.

Beautiful apartment and surroundings. Within walking distance to restaurants and beach. Owners and admin were very responsive to questions. Beds were so comfortable and everything was very clean. Appreciated the extra towels. Internet was a bit hit and miss and no shampoo in the bathrooms (lots of conditioner though) which may have just been an oversight. We would definitely stay again. Our recent stay in Cairns was absolutely fantastic, and a huge part of that was due to our incredible hosts and the amazing view from the property! The view truly was stunning. What truly set this experience apart was the hosts' proactive and helpful nature. They went above and beyond, assisting us in resolving an unexpected issue that could have completely derailed our plans, allowing us to fully enjoy our final day in Cairns. The surrounding area offers a wealth of outdoor activities, and we discovered some truly phenomenal restaurants. We highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Cairns!

Palm cove is the perfect location for a holiday. Peter and Satina apartment is the perfect place to stay ground floor access to pool and all amenities. We will return.

A sprawling home with great views. Kitchen was fabulous. The bedrooms and bathrooms were top notch. The patio area had comfortable seating. Even though the place is a part of a small group of apartments, it felt totally private. Covered car park was a bonus. Hosts are super responsive and helpful. One reaches the place through two flights of narrow stairs. It may be difficult to carry large luggage or if you have mobility issues. Otherwise this is a dream vacation home

Highly recommend Anne's place. A fabulous apartment in a gorgeous Resort! The spa on the balcony was a luxury and so wonderful! Absolutely cannot wait to go back and stay at Anne's place at the Peppers Resort in the beautiful Palm Cove.

I had a wonderful stay at Andrea’s apartment at 201 Lake Street, Cairns. The place was clean, well-furnished, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing visit. It had everything I needed for a great stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, and a modern bathroom. The building also had a pool and secure parking, which were great bonuses. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the Esplanade, restaurants, shops, and the marina. Andrea was very easy to deal with—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the booking and stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cairns.

Great place to stay inside a good resort. Bec’s place was everything we expected, quiet room and location, good space, spa was great and shower had pressure like you never see. Would be back again no worries !
