Surroundings: Just a few kilometres from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the Hinsbeck district. Hinsbeck and neighbouring Leuth make Nettetal a state-recognised resort. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. Motorway 61 is about 8 km away. Kaldenkirchen Train Station is about 7 km away. From there, you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001, we have been delighted to welcome our guests, from the family with children, through nature lovers to the assembly worker, everyone who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms on about 60 m². Facilities: 2 living rooms, kitchen-living room, bathroom/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/W-LAN, microwave, linens and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are just as welcome guests as your pet. Zeddam, monumental enjoyment in luxury apartment.

Bright and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet, and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the self-contained studio with high quality materials. Just the way you would like it to be at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a fridge filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/cottage cheese, eggs, jam upon arrival. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

Very comfortable studio

The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the Holthausen/Raadt district. The quiet location directly on the nature reserve does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the center and the main train station is a few minutes' walk away. By car you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Messe Essen: approx. 10 min; Messe Ddorf: approx. 30 min Ddorf Airport: approx. 20 min; CentrO : approx. 25 min (each by car)
