For those who like to explore the area, we have 3 bikes and 2 double canoes waiting for you!

Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like open staircases. The main bedroom has an attic with extra bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see our dogs outside, and sometimes hear them, when they talk to eachtother.

Hike on the paths covered with pine needles in the forest, brave the challenging MTB trails, listen to the silence on the sand drifts, breathe in the salty sea air while bathing in the sea. Stroll along the boulevard of Noordwijk, visit the historic cities of Leiden and Haarlem and smell the flowers in the spring.

In the middle of the bulb region, close to the train station, you can stay in our cozy basement with private access and parking. You can relax here! There are drinks in the fridge and a bottle of wine ready for you. There are many possibilities for cycling or hiking among the deer. The cities of Haarlem (10 min.), Leiden (12 min.) and Amsterdam (31 min.) are easily accessible by train. On request, I will be happy to prepare breakfast for you. (€30 for 2 people)

Our cozy cottage is 50 square meters (total area). French doors to the enclosed south-facing garden 5x7 L-shaped room with open kitchen (kitchenette) Available: Fridge with freezer compartment. Dishwasher. Kettle. Oven. Air fryer. 2-burner induction cooker. Nespresso coffee machine. Nice beds and pleasant (rain) shower Sink with storage drawers. PLEASE NOTE! The upper floor/sleeping area has no stair gate and we recommend not letting small children stay here.

Peace and quiet at the beach and cities with beautiful garden

A wonderful holiday for everyone. That is possible in this comfortable, homely, warm and cosy holiday home with a lovely garden. It is beautifully situated: on a quiet, spacious park (Sollasi), 2 km from the beach, near a recreational lake and close to cosy villages and cities (such as Noordwijk, Zandvoort, Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam and The Hague). So plenty to do but also lovely to "come home" to after a day at the beach or an outing.

SUN studio is located directly at the sea and dunes. You can enjoy sunrise over the dunes and sunset in the sea from your studio. Seating area: sea and kite zone view. This beautiful, fully furnished farmhouse-style house is located on the Kagerplassen near Amsterdam and Leiden. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet and a separate toilet. Our sunny garden chalet is freely situated in our 400 spuare metre-large garden behind the house. The chalet has sliding doors to the garden, a pull out sofa bed (double), an open kitchen, underfloor heating and a wood stove. Enjoy the peace on your own sunny terrace among the flowers and plants! Located in the heart of the flower bulb area near the coast, within 7 minutes walking distance to the train station.
