Very nice house a few meters from the sea, everything is within walking distance, perfect for a weekend with friends

We spent 12 days at Catherine's this January 2025. The house was perfect for the 4 of us with all the necessities inside. Well heated house. The place is quiet and access to a large beach by the ocean is a 3-minute walk. The village of Larmor-Plage is very friendly and has all the small shops. If you want a supermarket it will only be a 6-minute drive. We thank Catherine for her contact and responsiveness when needed. We'll keep the address!!

We had a great time at this place. Impeccable cleanliness, peaceful environment, and beautiful volumes in the rooms. We will come back without hesitation, Nastasia is adorable and very flexible which made our stay easy. My children particularly enjoyed the garden, and slept very well like their parents. Great 3-night weekend for 4 couples of friends...in this adorable house with Breton charm and family atmosphere. Everything is perfectly suited, welcoming and comfortable... You feel at home... The location is perfect combining tranquility and various proximitys ( seaside, bakery, restaurants...) Magical place of well-being, conducive to spending warm moments with friends.... Accommodation that meets our expectations despite a slightly aging, quiet house. The concierge is at the top, very kind, welcoming responsive and giving tips for visits to do.

What a perfect holiday destination! Quiet rural location, but only a 10 minute walk to the local village for necessities and 10 minute drive to a HyperU, on the outskirts of Vannes. House is very clean and well equipped with everything needed for a “home away from home”. The accommodation is very spacious and comfortable, with the latest appliances to cover all requirements, and cleaning products to use when required. The outside space is fabulous, with great size (and very clean) pool and a range of comfortable furniture for relaxing, eating and sunbathing in the spacious garden. Marie-Hélène was a fabulous, attentive host from the point of booking, with pre-holiday queries, and throughout the whole stay - meeting us on arrival and checking that we were familiar with the appliances and pool, to wishing us well on leaving while giving us plenty of time to pack without pressure. If we holiday in this area in future, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay! Many thanks Marie-Hélène!

A great weekend with friends, for which the quality of the house is no stranger. Flexible check-in and very simple communication before during the rental. The house is very large and the amenities are really great. Great stay guaranteed!.

A really lovely beachhouse. We had a great time! It takes 10 min to get to the beach by foot. We also went to Quiberon and Auray by bike. I am sure we will come back! The hosts are really nice and helped us with all our questions.

Everything was really excellent!!! Offbeat check in and check out with kindness. Ultra complete house equipment. In fact you are at home, plenty of cooking equipment, two capsule machines, a thermomix, oil salt pepper etcetc The hot tub is great in an intimate place not overlooked. Nice and well laid out garden surper It feels like home quickly!!! Between 30 minutes and 1 hour from the main places to visit. Go find a small area for improvement: a bigger TV in the living room but good on vacation is better not to watch it but in Brittany when it rains 🤪 A special mention for Marie who welcomed us with good humor and Breton kindness Book now!!!

We had a pleasant stay at Charlene's. The accommodation is quite suitable for relaxation: outdoor lounge, sunbathing, very peaceful place. The weather has been beautiful all week. We highly recommend both the listing and the place.

A very friendly welcome from Marcel, his wife and the great Ninja, in a quiet and nicely maintained place. We spent 2 very sunny days and the area is rich in discoveries. Our little 4kg dog made her shy and Ninja was very respectful. to recommend.

Great stay! Fort beach accessible 3 minutes' walk away and the nice pond for a walk 5 minutes away. The apartment is comfortable and fully equipped with a nice small garden in front for an aperitif. Small touches in +. I recommend it 200% especially since the weather was very nice. Thanks again to them.
