Located in the heart of Kerlouan with all the shops nearby, this semi-detached house (on the left by an unoccupied house and separated by a wall for the house on the right) has a 1600 square meter garden. Completely renovated, it will offer you the charm of the old, the comfort of a recent renovation, a large garden, a terrace with deckchairs and barbecue, in the middle of the village. You can park in the garden without any problems. Lots of beaches to choose from 2 km away. GR 34, surfing, golf (30 km away).

Appartement de vacances (accès privatif au premier étage) entièrement rénové avec goût. Il se situe à 1km des premières plages à Plounéour-Trez dans le Finistère nord. Logement non fumeur, ni vapotage. Nos amis les animaux ne sont malheureusement pas admis. Un grand parking privé peut accueillir vos camping-cars, remorques, bateaux, vélos (prévoir cadenas). Tous les commerces sont à moins de 10 min (1 à 5 km). Distance du GR34 et de la V45 (la Littorale): 200m (derrière la pharmacie Les Flots).
