Holiday rentals with a patio in Kerian District

it's one of the best place to stay at when you are in Penang. Close to convenience store, local foods & Penang bridge. The place is exactly as the host described. Definitely will stay here again when traveling to Penang.

Everything is in order. The apartment is clean and bright with good amenities - gym, washing machine, microwave, water filter and kettle. Parking lot is also easily accessible. Highly recommended.

Great stay, clean, comfortable and well-located. Smooth check-in and communication. Just a suggestion to add an iron for added convenience.

相当不错的体验，房主给的指示清晰，干净的环境和厕所，设备相对完备的厨房，把房间的窗帘拉上就是一个私人影院，附近就有富二代点心楼和各种餐饮店非常方便，附近的道路有很多车辆行驶所以不建议徒步，总体来说很棒的体验，十分推荐👍🏻

My family and I are pleased and comfortable with all of the equipment in this house. Although it is an old house with some older parts (such as the bathroom), everything functions well and was really useful to our family throughout our stay.

Alhamdulillah super worth it! the kolam was totally the highlight! superb just nice for small family with 3 kids. the cute design, clean & the brilliant ideas of "waterfall" ! my kids was having a blast during our sunny & humid trip! papa dia pun lega panaih lit2 berendam! house was small but very functional with all the amenities. would be perfect with a microwave tho. The surrounding with local angsa & chicken made us feel the kampung vibes, best! & finally Mr Ibrahim was a super friendly host! tq very much

Everyone, from the youngest to the oldest, loved the space.

Fantastic host. Was able to check in earlier without much fuss. The home was really cosy, furnished with necessities and most importantly clean. Will definitely recommend it.

Overall a great place for a big group. Location ain’t too far from Georgetown, just 20-30 mins drive depending on the traffic. The unit is clean but there is some wear and tear fix required.

The only downside was that a broken door handle in the kitchen we reported during our stay wasn’t fixed, which was a bit inconvenient. However, it didn’t detract too much from our experience. We stayed here twice. The location is great — it’s near the town and Lake Garden, easily accessible, and most importantly, the host is very responsible.

We were disappointed that there was in fact NO pool, and in the advertisments that we looked at on the internet a pool was clearly shown,giving the impression that we would have access to such a facility. In all honesty though, it was a perception we formed from looking at the advertisment.... not one that Mr. Paco himself put forward. Other than that.... excellent. We will be back....

We were looking for a 1 night stay near the airport, and Lydia’s apartment was great. There’s a convenience store downstairs as well as several halal eateries & a nasi kandar restaurant just opposite. If you are there on a Thursday, there’s a local night market at Mahsuri (10 minutes by GrabCar) Apartment was clean and decent for a short stay. Beds were comfortable & the aircon was superb. Location to the airport is about 10-20 minutes depending on traffic. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

门锁那边不知为何我们无法使用scan卡打开，最后用的钥匙，整体房间环境都不错，周边风景真的一等绝，设备也好
