It is a wild and quiet place by the sea, on a plot of 2200 m2 planted with hundred-year-old pines overlooking the sea between Sainte-Marguerite-de-Pornichet and the village of Saint-Marc-sur-Mer (La Baule and Saint-Nazaire 10 minutes away). Whether in the living room, kitchen, shower or at the bottom of your bed, you will see the sea! A private staircase will take you to a pretty cove with very few people.

The closed kitchen is equipped with electric stove, oven, dishwasher and fridge. In the entrance, there is an extra bed for 2 people (click-clack), as well as a washing machine and a dryer. Outside, there is a large 45 m² terrace overlooking a garden of more than 2000 m², without a gate.
