Located in the Brière Regional Nature Park, in a place called Pompas, the cottage is between land and sea. Warm and spacious, you can come with friends or family for relaxing and pleasant stays. You can also telecommute from the cottage which is equipped with fiber optic internet. Located in a quiet, wooded and flowery environment, close to the beaches and the Brière Regional Natural Park, you will find many activities nearby.

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

You can enjoy many beaches 10 km away but also immerse yourself in the marsh of the large canopy with its many canals and magnificent cottages. Guérande and its salt marshes are 10 minutes away, La Baule 15 minutes away, Berber rock 15 minutes away, Croisic 25 minutes away.

Stone cottage with terrace and parking. It consists of a living room, dining area, equipped kitchen open to the living room. A bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed, a storage shelf with small wardrobe area, a bathroom (walk-in shower) with vanity and toilet. Upstairs, a small attic bedroom with two single beds, a small dresser and storage drawers under a bed.

Apartment with Garden by the Sea. Completely renovated in 2022 with cozy decor, this 75 m2 apartment accommodates 4 people. Quiet, it offers direct access to the beach, sunbathing in its garden, a unique view of the sea and Le Croisic, two beautiful bedrooms, a large living area with a contemporary kitchen. This apartment has a style all its own.
