The accommodation includes on the ground floor a fitted and equipped kitchen, open to the living and dining room, a laundry room and a toilet as well as a terrace with garden furniture. Upstairs, two bedrooms and a shower room with toilet.

Romantic room, in the heart of Brittany, overlooking the canal. Comfort has been brought for couples, two-seater bathtub in the LIVING ROOM, spacious four-poster bed 180/200 cm. A patio for smokers and non-smokers, cozy interior, bright. For people sensitive to noise, I do not recommend it, the property is located in the city on a busy street, in a wooden floor building, the noise of the tenants from above can be disturbing.
