The cottage consists of a living room with kitchen open to the dining room and living room with TV and foosball table. 3 bedrooms (2 beds of 140 X 190 and 2 beds of 90 x 190) 2 bathrooms, 2 powder rooms. Charming 18th century house, at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a small hamlet, a true haven of peace, in the countryside, 10 minutes' drive from the sea. Close to Audierne and its port, Pont-Croix and its small town of character, as well as Douarnenez, Pointe du Raz, Quimper. The house consists of four bedrooms including a master bedroom with sink and shower, three other bedrooms upstairs as well as two toilets and a bathroom with bathtub, with a large wooded garden.
