It was my first booking on Airbnb. So first it's a little skeptical because it didn't get a review of the apartment at that time. But what can I say, after I booked, I immediately received an answer from Uwe and many questions could be resolved directly. So the ice was quickly broken and trust there. Uwe provides his guests with many helpful tips, checks in and takes care of it. The apartment is a dream, as can already be seen from the description. The amenities are top, TV in both rooms. One of them even with a smart TV function for Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc. The location is also great, just under 100 m from the beach and the lake bridge. The apartment is out the back, so it is also beautifully quiet. This way you get little of the hustle and bustle on the other side. The underground parking space is also very convenient. Thus, if necessary, the search for a parking space is omitted. It couldn't be better. I can only share Uwe's tips for waffle maze or the restaurant Strandkate. If you are in the mood for a good Italian restaurant, you are in good hands at La Trattoria in Zingst. It is best to book a table at the restaurants. Could be tight otherwise. All in all, a great starting point for excursions e.g. by Darß train, a Bodden tour, a bike tour (bike rental in the same building) or a trip to Prerow. I can 100% recommend the apartment. Top landlords, great apartment, great location. That's all you can say.

Cathrin's accommodation is incredibly beautiful and cosily furnished. We immediately felt very comfortable and enjoyed the stay very much. Due to the quiet residential area, the night's sleep (in the most comfortable bed in the world) is extremely restful. We will be happy to come back again.

Sven is an excellent host! Friendly and fast communication seem to be a matter of course for him. The key handover by his very nice mother-in-law was completely uncomplicated. The apartment is great and really equipped with everything you could need. The view of the sea can be enjoyed in all rooms! We will be happy to come back.

We spent some very nice days on site. The apartment offers everything you need, very well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, cozy furnishings and a wonderful view of the harbor. The communication and help was great. Our coffee maker was faulty. This was then immediately exchanged thanks to Christiane's willingness to help. The restaurant is highly recommended! We had a wonderful time with our toddlers in Hubert's self-contained apartment. It is lovingly furnished, equipped with everything you need in everyday life and excellently located to explore the area with public transport. The property is enchanting, the view over the garden to the lake lets you forget any stress in record time. The shared use of the garden was great for the children, a huge adventure that started every morning directly from the terrace. And finally, the hospitable and courteous manner of the landlords rounded off the perfect stay. We can't wait for our next visit!

Fantastic place to unwind – we'll be back! We had a wonderful time in this cozy apartment right on the water! The private beach access with the beach chairs was a real highlight – pure relaxation. The apartment is lovingly furnished, you have to orient yourself a bit because of the ceiling height, but after a day or two you know exactly where to watch out. The kitchen was super equipped, we lacked nothing. The contact with the hosts was warm and uncomplicated – you always had the feeling of being in good hands. The Lauterbach harbour with small restaurants is within walking distance, and those who like to walk can also take a relaxing walk to Putbus. The parking facilities directly at the property are great. We liked it so much that we immediately asked to come back next year – that says it all 😊

Beautiful spacious apartment in a building with several apartments. You have to go through a number of doors to get to the place. Quite spacious. Beautiful view! Deer stood in the field. Quiet environment. Kitchen and bathroom fine. Nice short bike ride to Putbus through beautiful park with old trees. Key in key box, went well.

A very nice, homely clean house with a well-kept and playable garden for children. There were five of us in Ulrike's house for a week and enjoyed both the walks to the sea, the use of sauna and swimming pool, as well as the remaining time in their beautiful and very new house. The beds are very cozy.. Gladly again and again. m

We enjoyed our 5 night stay very much, the home was equipped with everything we needed, the location is perfect and the views from the backyard and the balcony are breathtaking. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, it is the perfect getaway!

We had a few relaxing days in the accommodation of Uwe & Birte. The cosy cottage is idyllically located in the countryside, surrounded by forest and fields. The Bodden is also just a few minutes' walk away. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired - everything you need is there. Particularly practical: there were free bicycles available, with which we could explore the surroundings wonderfully. If you had any questions, Uwe was quick to reach and very helpful.

The check-in was very easy, we arrived two hours early on Rügen due to a lack of traffic jams and were able to enter the house immediately. The whole house was very clean, no speck of dust to be seen far and wide. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathrooms are also very nice. The beds are comfortable, we have the same mattresses at home😉. Parking is available on the property in the driveway (2 parking spaces). If you want to go on excursions and explore many great corners of Rügen, you should arrive by car. Overall a very nice holiday home and everything as described. Clear recommendation!

We immediately felt comfortable in Janin's red cottage near the beach. The furnishings of the beach pearl are very well maintained and lovingly designed. Through the large windows we enjoyed the open view of the pine trees. Due to a clever layout of the rooms, the small cottage looks very spacious. Easy communication with Janine and the caretaker service, which we once had to use. Also, thanks for the flowers🙂

Accommodation was good for us as train travellers to reach, good ferry connection. Apartment was tastefully decorated and had good amenities. Excursion destinations were also easily accessible.

Highly recommended! The house has been modernised and furnished very lovingly and thoughtfully. Beautiful rooms with everything you need. Great location overlooking the water, a few steps to the city centre with all kinds of shops. The kitchen is superbly equipped, so there is more than just frozen pizza 😉 and the courtyard also invites you to linger. Wifi worked flawlessly. We can't say anything negative! By far the best holiday accommodation we've ever had! Marlen is a great host! Friendly and always available! In short, we fell in love with the Boddenbrise - and we will definitely come back!!!

We had a wonderful extended weekend at Dominik's place. This is very high-quality, at the same time cozy, the wonderful sauna is of course a highlight and for us the free entrance to the ahoi Therme was also a big hit. The proximity to Binz, various activities such as the treetop trail and Karl's strawberry farm, the playground and the nice restaurants right next door completed our perfect relaxing weekend. Dominik was always easily accessible and went out of her way to help with any questions. We will be back soon, thank you!

I was with my family in Zinnowitz over New Year's Eve. The apartment is in a quiet location. If you're looking for something quiet, this is the place to be. The way to the beach or the pier in Zinnowitz is relatively short and easy to reach on foot. There are many restaurants and also shopping. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. Some groceries were even provided for a possible breakfast / lunch. Coffee, drinks, milk, toast, butter, jam, pasta, pesto, etc. - all that was available. Shower gel, hand cream, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. were also provided. The landlords were very friendly and helpful. We were even allowed to stay one night longer. Thanks again for that!! An earlier check-in was also possible without any problems, as well as at checkout. We definitely had a great getaway and also a great New Year's Eve.

We had a great holiday and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. The fact that there is a swimming pool, sauna and fitness room in the house is very pleasant. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. The proximity to the beach is very positive, within walking distance in three or four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin can also be reached on foot in 5 minutes and we have used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great holiday and I can highly recommend Katharina's apartment.

Having your own carport on the fenced property is great. Likewise, the almost private beach on Lake Bossow (3 minutes from the front door). Regina provides a cozy and complete apartment, where nothing is missing. HIGHLY recommended

The apartment, the furnishings, the cleanliness, the surroundings, the good accessibility, only a short distance to the harbour, to the Edeka shopping directly around the corner and enough good restaurants nearby = simply everything great. Super!!!!!

We can only agree with the previous reviews, a bright, cozily furnished apartment overlooking the marina and a very friendly and fast communication with Andreas. We can also highly recommend this apartment for a longer stay. The kitchen integrated in the living room is well equipped, the beds very comfortable and a large bathroom.
