The full bathroom upstairs has a shower/tub combo and a half bath attached to the main floor bedroom. You can find the washer and dryer in the basement with plenty of ample space. There is a private fenced in backyard and a garage for use as well. The long driveway also provides ample room for parking.

Lake Wabasis is approximately 2 miles long (Kent County's biggest) w/418 acres of primarily undeveloped, protected wetlands. It's an all-sports lake w/excellent fishing year-round.

We’re a 5 minute walk from Ken-O-Sha Park with great hiking trails, just south of 28th street, a 10 minute drive to the airport, and a 10 minute drive to downtown GR.
