Fish off the dock, kayak, or just relax in seclusion. Outdoors you’ll find a large covered porch, fireplace and hot tub. Inside- a queen wall Bed, fireplace, cable TV, Wifi. It’s not as large as the pics make it seem but it’s comfortable. Please be aware the shower is in an outdoor room accessed through the bathroom.

Amazing lake view right outside your window! This cozy basement studio has a separate entrance with a view and access to a private lake. Located only 10 miles south of Seatac Airport, 20 miles south of Seattle, and only 10 miles north of Tacoma. We are close to the Aquatic Training Center, many shops and restaurants and 20 miles from White River Amphitheater. Cute Lakefront Home!

This is a beautiful space with a view of the lake. My parents (the owners) live upstairs, and are available if needed. I am also close by and available by phone any time. This is a one bedroom one bathroom space with a large living room and fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans and a few spices and a beautiful view of the private lake. We have a paddle boat and kayak available to use when the weather is good. Please note while there is basic WiFi available, it is fairly low speed.
