Equally beautiful in all seasons especially winter being so very cozy, it is fully heated with lots of hot water for the freestanding bath for two. This is a gem of a cottage which has been completely re-furbished in Summer 2025 and is just a stone’s throw from the scenic ‘Blue Flag’ Leven Beach. Very convenient for visiting Edinburgh, St. Andrews and the East Neuk villages of Fife. The beach is considered to be one of the top beaches in Scotland for swimming, bathing and recreation, which is patrolled by lifeguards in the summer months.

Our cosy cabin sits in a small orchard on our property which is semi-rural and set on the edge of farmland. We are situated at the entry to the beautiful East Neuk of Fife which includes the pretty harbour towns of Anstruther and Crail and is renowned for its many types of crafts. We run a Stitching Studio and Gallery on our premises. St Andrews is only 14 miles away, Dundee 24 miles and Edinburgh 37 miles. There is a main line station at Kirkcaldy which is 9 miles away.
