Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kennedy Bay

We had the most fantastic time staying at Villino. It really did feel like a proper restful holiday away. The reality was better than the pictures and we had a lovely long lunch just next door at the vineyard and walked down the road for an easy swim at the beach. The food and communications made everything so easy. Really hope we can stay again sometime.

Very clean for a pet allowed place. A very comfortable, quiet and safe place to stay. Equipped with whatever a guest may need. We were tempted to expand our leaves and stay more. Extremely recommended! Thanks for the great experience.

We had such a lovely stay, the space was much bigger than expected and perfect for us with our 3 small children. Kitchen was really well equipped and fresh milk in the fridge always helps when you arrive late in the evening. So close to the beach and the little town. We were super comfortable and warm and would definitely return in the future. Thank you ! :)

Great bach with lots of space, worked for our family group perfectly (including our two dogs - really appreciate you being pet friendly). Liked that the kitchen/lounge area was upstairs to take advantage of the view. Loved the window seat and the outdoor shower was very handy after being at the beach. Proximity to the beach was great too. Responsive comms throughout with the host. Otama Bay is such a special place, we all enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

A beautiful, modern, lakefront home. We loved our stay and we must say the bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable!

What an amazing house in an incredible location. The views were beautiful . The beach a quick walk - so easy swimming and beachcombing. Great location and close to the New Chums Beach and Cathedral Cove. The house was clean and well furnished and equipped. Wish we has been able to stay longer.

Stayed here while working on Waiheke in winter. Very comfortable, warm and spacious with everything needed. Extremely comfortable firm king size bed in the master bedroom. Good parking on a platform above the house on the roadside with a short flight of stairs down to the house. Nice outlook into the Onetangi Forest reserve. Very happy with our stay - Will definitely stay again.

Lovely modern home on river by beach. Beautiful, quiet. Enjoyed kayaking from house to house wish we stayed longer!

The apartment is spacious and modern with stunning views over the marina. It is well equipped with everything you could need. We received clear instructions making it easy to find and access the property. We had a very enjoyable few days exploring the beautiful coastline around Whitianga.

We had an amazing stay at David and Sue’s. Everything was as described. Such a spacious yet homely feel with absolutely everything we could want. David was very approachable and helpful. Highly recommend a stay here. Would love to return

Eileen’s house at Opito Bay is fabulous!! absolutely stunning location right on the beach at the south end. The house is very spacious, especially the kitchen lounge dining area which is all open plan. Great also to have the sleep out if you have a couple of extra people with its own toilet, and amazing outdoor shower amongst the trees, well you can take a shower and look at the view, idyllic ! Big covered out outdoor deck on the backside of the house which is gives options if the weather is not good. The house is very modern and immaculate. Will definitely be back!!

The sea facing view from the property was awesome. The host was very supportive and responsive. It had everything which a family with kids want. Loved the amazing collection of music cd’s and family games to play with kids. I really loved this place and want to recommend for families.

We had planned to stay a few years ago but sadly Covid stopped our plans so it had been a long time coming and it did not disappoint in the slightest! The location was perfect and the house was spacious and grand yet had cosy areas to sit around the fire, all the games the kids could dream of a a chefs dream kitchen! Not to mention the spa and the wonderful bath for those of us that wanted to simply relax! We have already booked again and can’t wait! What a find xx

Great to deal with the host, just everything was perfect. Flexible check in and check out process with great communication. The place was spotless and beds are very comfortable. One of the best air bnb places that we ever tried. We will definitely come back again.

Trevor and his wife have an amazing property that is up kept to the highest standard. With an unlimited amount of supplies and utensils throughout the house, they made the stay very easy and comfortable. They also provided clear instructions around functionality of equipment. Fantastic stay in Matarangi! Beautiful house with beautiful finishings. Very well equipped and had everything you could need. We loved the little touches of luxury everywhere. Super easy walk to the beach, we loved using the big beach trolley to get to and from with all the gear. Amazing location! We travelled over from Switzerland and loved everything Matarangi had to offer. A slice of paradise! Thank you for sending the belongings left behind! We hope to be back in the future! Thank you!

A really lovely house - spacious with a great outside entertainment area. The location was perfect for making the most of Coromandel and the surrounding area.
