We had a great few days at this cute little cabin. Our toddler loved feeding the chickens on the property. The fire made it so warm and cosy and Robert had set it up all ready for our arrival which was a nice touch. Everything was clean and comfortable. Perfect for a little country getaway. This is a great little accommodation hidden away in avenel. Really lovely space that really has everything you need for a short stay. Fairly simple but still everything you need. It was great to be able to kick back and relax on a work trip while also having a comfortable and relaxing bath in a clean and quiet space. The photos actually don’t do this justice, I was pleasantly surprised at how great this little cottage was to stay in!

Very comfortable and clean. Even nicer and more spacious than the photos indicated. Short walk to Main Street and the venue we were attending. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Great outdoor deck! Comfy beds and quality linen. We loved our stay and hope to return one day!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mary and Daryl's 'Feathertails'. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived with the fire already going, which was much appreciated as it was a cold night. The place was peaceful, spotlessly clean and very comfortable with everything you would need. The location was perfect for us, as we wanted to be in the area to visit friends, and we were able to enjoy a delightful local walk along the creek. We happily recommend staying there.
