Enjoy your vacation in the Sauerland in our lovingly furnished vacation home overlooking Lake Diemelsee, which is only 150 meters away!! The 109 sqm of living space are distributed over two bedrooms, a separate TV room, the spacious living-dining room with fully equipped kitchen, hallway, bathroom on the first floor with large sauna and the second bathroom on the upper floor. Two storage rooms offer enough space for bicycles, skis and everything that is bulky. One of the highlights: The large roof terrace with lake view!

The elaborately renovated, listed half-timbered house with 146 square meters is located in the cozy village of Kleinern on the edge of the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park. You are in a historic fire station right on the creek. You can sleep in the former hose tower in a 1.60 m wide box spring bed. This sleeping area is separated from the living room by free beams. One floor down, on the first floor, is the bathroom with window, shower, natural stone sink and toilet. There is also a fully equipped kitchen.

Lower level: This is separate and accessible via an external staircase. Here you will find another bedroom, a shower, a guest WC, and a pool, which is currently not functional.
