Amazing space, check in was super easy, and has a very accessible neighbourhood as well! Rakesh was amazing at conveying the necessary.

This is a great place to stay. Everything is fresh and modern. The hosts were very thoughtful and helpful. If you want western comforts, stay here.

It was one of the most beautiful stays I had recently. Soon after booking, I had a call with Mr. SKJ who was very responsive and sent me the caretaker, Anil's number. Anil again was very helpful with everything. We reached around 30 or so minutes earlier than the check-in time, but Anil made sure we were comfortable and got us the room ready as quickly as possible. The cottage is located in a very beautiful locality surrounded by trees everywhere! If you have the time, there's lots to explore in the vicinity. I am so glad my previous booking with another cottage got canceled and I ended up booking SKJ's Farm coz this was an experience unlike any other - both the stay and the location! Thank you SKJ and Anil! Will be visiting soon again. :)

Felt right at home. This villa is located at a very peaceful locality with all the necessary amenities. It was a very peaceful stay and the host Mr Rajesh was very proactive and helpful during our stay. Vinod is an excellent and caring communicator. His Mom with a sweet smile helped me with anything I wanted. The location was perfect for me, it took me like 3-4 minutes to the clinic I had Panchakarma. The Lighthouse beach is about 5-6 minutes. I love the paciousness of the apartment, the spotless cleanliness. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with warm water. One of the bedrooms has a large double bed and a single bed, and A/C that I didn't use, just tried it once, it's functional. But in general, I prefer to open the windows. All windows are covered by mosquito nets, a handy solution. A kitchen with washer is available for your convenience, but I ate out always. All in all, I had an amazing time at Vinod's apartment. Thank you, and I full heartedly recommend it to others.
