The main living area has hardwood floors, vaulted ceiling, a gas fireplace upstairs, TV, and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen. Double slider doors open up to the rustic large deck which boasts a fantastic view of Whiteface Mountain in winter, table with fire feature and a Weber gas grill. There are 2 bedrooms on this level with queen sized beds, dresser, and a custom built cedar lined closet armoire in each bedroom. There is a full bath on this level (updated 2024). The lower level includes a gas fireplace and a Queen Bed with a Roku TV, a full bathroom with tiled shower ans soaking tub (renovated 2024). French Doors on the lower level exit to the backyard. There is a brick patio under the deck which looks out to the backyard firepit. The property has a short pathway leading to the Jackrabbit Trail for winter cross-country skiing and connects to the Craigwood Golf Course. The High Peaks Artist’s loft is a converted mechanics shop located conveniently right in Keene. The space has been decorated by two artists and includes original paintings and decorations. This is a generous studio space with a well-equipped kitchenette, bathroom with a shower, pool table, lounge area and large projection screen. A 1900 farmhouse that has been in the family for generations. Recently renovated to accommodate up to 5 guests, it is clean with simple furnishings and a SPECTACULAR VIEW! Located RIGHT ON NYS RTE 86 (close to the road) with easy access to nearby attractions. The house is split in 2 and is designed for 2 families. I rent out "The View" using airbnb exclusively. My wife and I reside in the back portion of the house with a separate entrance and separate parking.
