Townhouse holiday rentals in Keauhou Bay

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was in a lovely area with an ocean view and walking distance to a nice shopping center where we grabbed coffee each morning. The accommodations were beautiful and clean and equipped with everything we needed and more! The garage was stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and sand toys for guests to enjoy. The bbq wasn’t working the day we tried it, but was quickly swapped out the following day for a brand new one. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay at Chris and Nancy’s piece of paradise! The location was perfect, close to nearby beaches but also tucked away from the hustle of downtown Kona. The private lanai and view from the master bedroom are spectacular. The neighbors are also kind and welcoming which added to a great stay. We’re so grateful to Chris and Nancy for hosting us and would absolutely love to return in the future!

This place was incredible, more than enough room and so spacious, would easily recommend this location for anyone traveling to Kona, or surrounding areas as the drive anywhere is still well doable, very much worth the price and wish the best for this property!

Great place in calm area ! The host live near the Airbnb so if you need anything they are here to help. Great kitchen and well equipped (French press, toaster, blender ...). You can here the coqui frogs during the night, we liked it but if you like sleeping without noise maybe bring earplugs. We would definitely come back if you go around Kona again !

The house is in nice resort community in which has access to the beach that has breath taking sunset view, we enjoyed it every evening. The house has plenty of beds, which is very helpful for us to have good night sleep after all those fun activities we did. Air condition, fully equipped kitchen, and water activity equipments, all was very helpful. Very convenient location close by shopping, beaches, and airport. Brad was very kind, nice, and quickly responded. We stayed so comfortably as like home away home, we wish we stayed longer than 5 days.

This is our third time staying in this condo with our family of 5 and we love it! Thank you! Great pool, tennis courts, and pickle ball courts. Easy to walk to Kahalu'u beach to snorkel and surf.

Just got back from a great vacation and stay at Patricia & Tony’s. The pictures and description of the place is very accurate and the hosts were great to communicate with and gave recommendations on anything I asked. It was a 2 minute walk to the nearest beach to watch sunsets and only about 12 minute walk to some fantastic snorkelling. This area is quiet and safe. The air conditioners in the living room and bedroom worked great and were appreciated. I would not be afraid to stay here again. We enjoyed the location because it felt like we were in the middle of things we wanted to see and not at 1 end of the island.

The place we stayed at met our expectations. It was a good size condo good location. All around very pleased with it. Would love to go back

Jeri was easy to communicate with and got us in on short notice. The place was as advertised and we were really impressed with the size and layout.

For our first vacation to the Big Island, this place did not disappoint! Each morning we woke up to beautiful views of tropical plants, the ocean, and open sky. It was a great way to start the day! The location is great, with gas, groceries, and plenty of restaurants nearby. The best areas in Kona are 10-20 minutes away. We really enjoyed staying here, and would definitely stay here again.

This was hands-down the best Air BnB at which I've ever been a guest. Clean, comfortable, fully-equipped, etc. - it is basically an apartment. The host was incredibly communicative, helpful, and provided many recommendations directly and through resources in the townhouse. I cannot recommend this stay highly enough, and if I am ever back in town and unable to stay with family or friends, this is where I will be. I could go on for an entire essay's worth of praise, but I will leave it at this: Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to this spot. You deserve it.

My family and I had a very nice and comfortable stay at Steve and Jeri's. The apartment is well suitated, hence we did lots of things walking down the hill. 2 bedrooms with comfy beds, and 2 bathrooms, it was really perfect for us. The living room is spacious and comfortable with a nice terrace! Beach towels and beach attires were a great plus!!

This townhouse was perfect for our family of four for the week! Location is great - on the beach and you can fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had what we needed. We cooked a majority of our meals and enjoyed eating them outside. We would certainly stay here again!

We stayed in this place for couple of days and it was perfect. Stephanie is very friendly and the communication with her was great, also. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did ❤️

This place is exceptional. The doors that open to the balcony offer an open air feeling. The views of the bay are incredible. The entire place made us feel right at home and confortable. I have been coming to the Big Island for work, play and relaxation for over 20 years. This is hands down my favorite place! Thanks for everything!

This place was an absolute hidden gem — everything we dreamed of and more. A cozy cabin with warm wooden design, surrounded by windows that filled the space with ocean views. Even without A/C, the ocean breeze kept it perfectly cool and comfortable, and the view was stunning — visible from every spot in the house! The location couldn’t be better — right on the best beach for snorkeling and surfing. We rented gear from a spot down the street and spent our entire days in the ocean just steps from the house. The pool was lovely too, and the privacy made it feel like our own little paradise. We were a bit concerned at first about being so close to the road, but the proximity to the ocean, the view, and the sound of the waves made it absolutely worth it. We’re already dreaming about coming back!

It was quiet. Lots of space. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchens. Very enjoyable

Loved the gated community. Good parking, great location, great instructions and reasonable checkout requirements. The pool was beautiful and amazing beaches close by. Lots of space for our family. Very organized kitchen and beach amenities. We loved it.
