Great spot at the Kona Coast resort. Jim didn’t try and charge more for cleaning fees before booking like other hosts with similar listings. We would definitely recommend Jim and the Kona Coast resort!

Inna's place was incredible. It felt just like we were at home. There were plenty of pots/pans for cooking, coffee maker with coffee provided, salt pepper, plenty of eating and cooking utensils, cutting boards, etc. The place was very clean throughout, air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom so very comfortable. A washer and dryer, and Inna provided laundry detergent and fabrics drying sheets. She had beach chairs, umbrella, and also snorkeling gear (fins, masks, and noodles), as well as a cooler for drinks on the beach. You are right in downtown Kailua-Kona and are able to walk to everything. Inna was very responsive, and the couple of questions I had, she responded immediately. This is a great place to stay, well worth the money, and if we ever go back to the Big Island, I hope her place is available again. Thanks, Inna.

My husband and I booked this Airbnb for hour wedding/ honeymoon. We stayed for 9 days and loved every minute of it. The Airbnb is in a great location it’s close to a lot or restaurants and beaches. The view is spectacular right in view of the beach. You can walk past the pool and sit right in-front of the ocean to watch the sunrise, sunset, or just enjoy the incredible view. There’s a lot of birds to watch as well it was beautiful listening and watching them. I think they also helped with bugs because this was the only location I didn’t get mosquito bites. We had no issues with people around us it’s a quiet area. We had every amenity needed plus some. There’s snorkeling gear, pool noodles, boogie boards, games, puzzles and more. Brian was extremely helpful and friendly he send us recommendations of things to do and place to eat at in the area. This trip will forever be in our memories.

Ina is a very informative and responsive host. She recommended some great local restaurants and places to hang out. The house is clean and the neighborhood is very peaceful. There is a beautiful view of the beach behind the apartment (2 minutes walk). The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and ingredients. However, we didn't have time to cook. One thing we found annoying was that the AC was portable and a bit noisy.

I always pick a hotel/rental off of view and patio and this place did not disappoint. Gorgeous condo right off the 12th tee overlooking the crashing waves. Stunning beach and golf course views. Walking around the neighborhood and golf course paths was very nice. Condo itself was comfortable, modern, clean and has everything needed to feel at home. We cooked breakfast every morning and dinner every night and found the kitchen well stocked. Extras like coffee pods and creamer were much appreciated. Lots of little conveniences noted throughout the stay. Thank you!

This was a great location for our adventures around Big Island. The condo is clean and comfortable. Having a rental car is a must, because everything is a bit further apart on this island. It was very nice to have parking! We enjoyed having the beach chairs, coolers and boogie boards. The AC units cool the condo well. We spent most of our time outside exploring, but it was a nice place to return for home base.

Had an amazing stay. Conveniently located with a lot of walkable restaurants and activities. Krista was very responsive and gave great recommendation for things to do in the area. We would highly recommend coming here.

Everything excellent, very clean and good location, only the shortness of air for the day in hot weather is a bit hot but I recommend closing windows and at night you open

This 1 bedroom apartment has everything I needed for a long term stay: an equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, WiFi, cable/Roku TV, comfortable furnishings, a lanai with a view, and designated parking. The pool at the complex was excellent for daily swims. The ocean-front location of the complex provided beautiful sunset views.

Great place to stay in Kona! Just yards from shops and restaurants. Kitchen was perfect for meals at the condo and dining on the lanai. Location was close to great activities! Binder in the condo had great suggestions for what to do on the island. We picked a new adventure each day and had a blast! Will definitely stay again when we visit the big island!

We enjoyed our stay at Nico and Sarah's condo. It was a convenient location and had everything we needed. Nico and Sarah were responsive to our questions. I would stay here again.

It’s very convenient that this property had free AC. It was also nice that we were able to cook full breakfast every day. That helps save a lot of money. Also great location!

Jason’s condo is one of the nicest, most comfortable/convenient places that we’ve ever stayed. Centrally located with all of the amenities of home. We’re already talking about returning there sometime in the future. Jason is a 10+ communicator and just an all around great person. The condo was worth every penny that we paid for it!

We loved the location and the unit. It was clean and had everything we needed for the week. Jesse and Mike were very accommodating, nice and always responded quickly.

Drew was very helpful and responsive even before we booked making sure everything was good to go, even for a last minute booking!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Vera’s place. The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped. The location is very quiet and private, but in the hearth of Kona.

Our stay here was perfect. Location was amazing right by the beach at a peaceful community, great for viewing sunrise/sunset. The place was just as pictured, very clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

It was our first visit to Hawaii, and we were very satisfied with our choice to stay on the Big Island. Brad And Sarah’s place also met our expectations perfectly. We were looking for a comfortable and nice place to stay with minimal human interaction, and that's exactly what we found. We didn't have much direct contact with the hosts as we primarily communicated with the resort staff. However, all instructions provided were clear, even if somewhat formal, and the place itself was clean and well-equipped. However, one unexpected issue arose during check-in: an additional $93.84 payment for County TOT and Timeshare Occupancy tax, which we hadn't been aware of. Learning about this extra cost at arrival was an unpleasant surprise and did create a somewhat negative feeling. Despite this, we would still recommend this place. It's particularly well-suited for families planning to spend more time at the resort and for explorers needing a comfortable place to rest after busy day trips.

Huge condo unit in a great location and neat landscaping within the gated community . Quiet hours are respected by everybody so no noise in the evenings. We really enjoyed our stay.
