the apartment was beautiful with great views very clean. maria was very quick to respond with any information we needed. if anything were need changing i believe it would be the description. everything was wonderful and we would stay again. But, we had no idea that somebody lives there full time, sofia, while she was very kind as well as rarely there she was present so going into the pool or waking up and looking out the windows and seeing her, trying to do the laundry and having to wait for her laundry to be done, was not what we were expecting and felt it should have been in the description that someone lives there full time. it was an amazing place, maria, sofia, were amazing to work with and we would without a doubt stay again.

The accommodation is true to the photos: very clean and spacious. The host is responsive: very good communication. The location is a little far from the tourist city center but unsurprisingly it was well indicated in the listing. Recommended!

I booked this place last minute because we wanted to be near the airport for our flight out. The location is perfect, and was surprised how big and spacious the place is. We had already returned our rental car but there’s restaurants not far and a taxi cost about 5 euros each way. We ate at Miteran (not sure on spelling) that was amazing. Would stay here again.

We had a very nice and relaxing time in Saronida. The apartment was very clean with modern and new furnishings. The absolute plus was the large terrace, with a great view of the sea. Anyone who is bothered by possible street noise should consider booking, it was not a problem for us. Communication and tips were great 👍

We loved the views and the home, gorgeous!!! Be aware that you need to walk luggage up 2 flights of stairs, worth the effort! Small items like shampoo and cream rinse would be a welcome addition. Also, this sleeps max 4 people, if 2 people share a bed. The bathroom and shower are beautiful. The deck is a once in a lifetime view. The restaurants in the neighborhood are gorgeous, but it’s good to know that the nightclubs go until 3am.

The accomodation exceeded our expectations. The stone was the dominant material, the rooms were comfortable with their own bathroom and guaranteed privacy. What we liked the most, however, was the wonderful scenery. Incredible sea view under the shade of the big oak tree. The transition to the house by car was easy and smooth. Only 10-minute distance from the port.

We had a wonderful stay with Maria in Kea. The place was great and a true place to rest and take some time. Maria was really helpful with everything. From getting a car and helping to call the doctor when one of our guests got really sick with the fly. Thank you for a wonderful stay and experience Maria.

Great house, with lots of places to hang out. Equipped kitchen and very useful to have the 2nd wc. The view from the balcony is great. You don't see a sunset, but you're rewarded by the East of the moon every night.

Excellent location high above Koundoros. Clean home and complete amenities. Host was very communicative and informative. Would definitely stay again.

The house is in a very good location, it is renovated and spacious. The lady who handles it helped us with everything we needed even on Sunday when something happened with the aircodition sent a gentleman to check it out. Even though they didn't make it, we didn't mind because they brought us a fan right away. You're all set.

Yani, the co-host and her wife, the way they welcome us was awesome. Our flight got delayed and we reached at around 12 :30 midnight. They were waiting outside house for us and till the time we got comfortable with house they explained each and every thing. Not only the day we entered, they were available on call through out our stay. Too good as a host. And place is awesome. Thank you Yani and his wife. 😊🙏

We spent a very short night here but it worked out fine. Our flight from Rhodes was delayed & the weather wasn't great so there was no beach day for us. We walked down the street to an adorable little family taverna, Ο ΑΡΧΟΝΤΑΣ, for our last Greek meal. The apartment is quite nice with a full kitchen, big cozy sectional, electric fireplace & beautiful view of the sea. Two adults stayed in the "kids" room with twin beds which was fine but there are toys & kid stuff all over. The bathroom was fine but the deep tub with shower was tricky getting in and out of. The location is interesting - right on the water with a small beach. The water looked very clear! The town itself looks a little rundown but it was literally empty while we were there so it's hard to say. Nikos was very communicative & helpful, a very proactive host for our quick 12-hour stay.

Anna’s place was great! 3 min walk from the beach and really delicious affordable restaurants. Anna was super responsive and helpful!!!

Mikael's place was wonderful, spotless and well equipped. Everything was as described. The kids loved the pool and the big garden. We were very well taken care of and we highly recommend others to stay here while visiting the Thymári area. Thanks again Mikael for having us 😊

5 stars Demi was an outstanding host! What truly impressed me was her commitment to problem-solving and guest comfort. She went above and beyond, even being willing to sacrifice her own income just to make sure our stay was as smooth and enjoyable as possible. It's rare to find someone so dedicated and thoughtful. Great value for money. Very private and 500 meters away from the beach.

The place was spotless, comfortable,clean, just like in the photos. Beautiful surroundings, and kind host! I'll definitely go for it again!
