Excellent location, historic house that's tastefully renovated, very responsive host and easy check-in process. Definitely recommended!

We had a perfect stay! Though it's a one-room flat, it's very well furnished and functional to live in (and not just sleep in) - and cute. Everything was clean and seemed to be new. It's all equipped as well, you'll find everything you need to cook, a rack to dry your clothes, hairdryer, coffee machine and a wardrobe. There is a table big enough to eat inside but the terrace was our favourite spot! There you have you private space to chill, have drinks or dinner in the shade, play cards, relax. The location was great too! Only a couple minutes from Korissia and several beaches if you don't want to go far for a swim. Down the street from the flat are bars, restaurants and the mini market so you can take a stroll in the evening for dinner, drinks and a walk on the marina or pop out in the morning for breakfast (though the flat also had coffee & breakfast snacks). Though it was very hot, the flat stays cool and enjoyable day & night (there is also AC if needed). Because we arrived early, they even went through the struggle of having the room ready for us early, and allowed us to stay longer after checkout. He also bailed us out very quick when we locked ourselves out on the terrace (warning: always leave the key in the lock^^). This was an all around great stay and I can warmly recommend it :)

We stayed in studio 3, which offers the most in terms of privacy, but restricted sunlight onto the balcony area during the daytime. We didn’t use the pool which is located directly outside of studio 4 and one of the smaller studios. The studio itself in terms of cleanliness we could not fault, including the mid-week linen and towel changes. The studio is well equipped, including a dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board. We were kindly met at the port by Evangelia, we were grateful of this as we doubt we would have located the studio ourselves due to it being located in a remote area accessed by a 15-20 minute journey down a challenging, undulating dirt track which tested both the ability of our hire car, and indeed driving skills when returning back to the studio in darkness each evening. The location of the studio is in a remote area, with other properties set in the rock face which are set just up from the beach. The beach was nice, it gets busier at the weekends when there is also a charge of 25 Euros for two sun beds, a parasol, two towels and two bottles of water, there is however space on the beach if you just want to set out your beach towels, free of charge. There are no taverna’s or supermarkets located near the studio, the closest being another 15-20 minute drive back along the dirt track, we ended up doing this journey at least twice a day, once to explore the island, and again in the evenings to enable us to visit the taverna’s. All in all, the studios are well presented, and ideally located if you want to watch the sunset and enjoy a relaxing holiday away from the crowds.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Port Merichas, kythnos. The view of the sea was nothing short of breathtaking, making every moment feel special. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for our needs. Anna and Makis were outstanding hosts—kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, even connecting us with excellent local vendors. We arrived as guests but left as friends. We highly recommend staying here, and we can’t wait to return!

What a gem! Nice harbor views, convenient to the ferry and restaurants. Just enough room to spread out and settle in for a longer stay; washing machine was handy! Nice porch to watch the sunset over the water. Mike was an amazing host! Very quick to respond and took great care of us.

Excellent stay in this beautiful house nestled in the hills, quiet, with a magnificent view. Only "negative" point: the air conditioning already mentioned in previous reviews but not insurmountable either! 😉 A big thank you to Polina for her responsiveness as well as the kindness of her lovely parents, Vassylis and Mary😊. I recommend the place without hesitation!

In the center of Kythnos, in the "capital Chora" small all-white village on the hillside (completely red), Nikos' small house is ideal = very clean, Cycladic, simple, quiet, close to a street with restaurants, bars, shops and tourists. We spent a wonderful week there discovering the island, swimming in some of the 60 beaches at the bottom of steep coves, all splendid... it's the island of beaches. We walked a lot because we love to and visited the ancient kastros at sunset... alone in the world... and Nikos is adorable, responsive... perfect. An authentic restaurant with incomparable hospitality in Agios. Stéphanie, Κανάρης.

We had an excellent stay at the villa with our friends and family. The surroundings are beautiful and calm. The host is very kind and responsive. Highly recommend!!
