The local stone and the carved rocks on the walls, the intense presence of the wood and the natural ventilation offer ideal temperature all over the year. The route for the house is across the picturesque alleys, as it is located in the center of Chora which remains untouched by cars.

A small cozy apartment on the first floor of a Cycladic house at the top of the traditional village of Ioulida. It's ideal to host up to 3 persons for relaxing holidays. Features 1 bedroom with a double bed, a sitting room, kitchen with 1 sofa bed and a bathroom. It has a small balcony in front of the sitting room offering a lovely view to the hills at the north and the sea. It also has a terrace at the entrance of the house.

The owner of the property who is himself a vine grower lives in a larger house on the grounds and is able and willing to provide 'insider's information' on the island. the village of Ioulis is 20 minutes on foot.
