Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Kazbegi Municipality

Tamar was a great host - she prepared a wonderful dinner for us and had a great and comfortable space.

We had a really nice stay at Givi’s place. The views are breathtaking and the location is great as well. Would definitely recommend and are considering a return trip later this year.

The place exceeded our expectations ! It’s a beautiful little cabin near Kazbegi…Alexi helped us with local recommendations and also adjusted to our late check out from her place… Overall great experience !!!

The location is in 10-15 walking distance from the bus station, unfortunately the closest Tbilisi street is under rebuild, but that’s nothing Lia can de about 😁 so the stay has wonderful view, if lucky enough you will see Kazbeg peak. Water is hot and pressure is fine, tap water is drinking, supermarkets, pharmacies are in walking distance. Lia also prepare breakfasts and lunches (but we didn’t try). Please, keep in mind there is no kitchen in the suit, but there is a bbq area that’s possible to use. Generally; I loved the stay and Lia is friendly and helpful and easy to communicate. Super comfortable place for stay and near is everything

Our stay was excatly as good as our precictions. The view from the apartment is outstanding. There is everything what you might need inside, also location is very nice and you can reach downtown within a moment. The staff is helpful and friendly. We wish we could come back and stay there again

We really enjoyed our stay at this place, and the host was very pleasant and helpful. The cottage is located in the best part of Sno—yes, it truly is the best location. It’s quiet, isolated from neighbors, and perfect for relaxation. At night, you can enjoy a sky full of stars (especially during late-night walks), along with beautiful horses and donkeys roaming around. The view of Kazbegi is stunning 24/7, annd especially in the morning. We highly recommend booking this place!

Everything was fine, but they have different apartments and photos may differ from reality. Anyway, I was pleased with the room and staff

Excellent location , ski in/out to the gondola, big terrace. The host is very friendly and helpful always responding.

Great place to stay , guram was a helpful person

This place is absolutely perfect. It has all you need in the kitchen and plenty of towels, blankets and toilet paper. The place is clean and warm. We never even used the fire place. The balcony is facing the sun in the afternoon making for the perfect after ski hangout. The place also comes with a ski locker which is downstairs oposite a ski rent inside the building. The host Sofi is also super friendly and arranged our transfer from the airport to the apartment. Definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful cabin with amazing views. It was very cozy inside and we had a great time! The only thing to consider is to message the host for the adress because the one on the listing is slightly off. But they responded quickly :)

Spent two nights here as we were going skiing in Gudauri. Great location and beautiful surroundings. The hot tub and sauna were a great bonus!

Everything here was great! The house is beautiful and the view is amazing. It’s one of the fewer houses in Kasbegi which is not between other houses. There is a really cute puppy near the house who loves belly scratches. 😊 The last part of the road to the house is a bit bumpy, so you do need a good car to get there. Also, the dogs go crazy at night, so I recommend bringing earplugs.

We have been 2 nights in this place and we enjoy it a lot and the montains, places to see are perfect. 100% recommended

Our stay at Eto's place was perfect. The cottage is very cute and the views are amazing. Eto was very kind and responded very fast to our messages. I really recommend this place!

Our stay at the Kazbegi cabin was nothing short of outstanding. The view is absolutely breathtaking—easily the best in all of Kazbegi. You get a stunning panorama of the mountains and a direct view of the iconic Trinity Church, which makes the whole experience feel surreal. The cabin itself is incredibly comfortable and cozy, and the host was amazing—so kind and welcoming. Also, the coffee was fantastic, a small touch that made our mornings even better. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kazbegi, but do yourself a favor and rent a car—it makes getting around much easier. Truly a special place that we’d love to return to.

This is a fantastic spot if you love mountains and want to be surrounded by nature. There are plenty of hikes and waterfalls close by. The place was clean and comfortable, and everything was great
