This place is truly magical . The house is newly built and really has everything you need. Bed is located on the first floor with a great view of the mountains. The highlight was definitely the sauna and the hot tub! Under host was very eager and always available for us! Glad to come back !

Perfect host, perfect location

Great, cosy peaceful place surrounded by mountains. The chalet had everything for our stay and a bottle of wine was a bonus from Niko. It was raining on our check out so Niko gave us a lift to a nice hotel with beautiful panoramic views. Thoroughly recommend!

amazing hut with a hot tub and the most amazing view. very private and cozy, walkable distance to a small shopping center with groceries, restaurants and currency exchange. the host was more than great! very nice and responsive person who helped us with every question. highly recommend!

Pretty cool place with a decent price.

Everything here was great! The house is beautiful and the view is amazing. It’s one of the fewer houses in Kasbegi which is not between other houses. There is a really cute puppy near the house who loves belly scratches. 😊 The last part of the road to the house is a bit bumpy, so you do need a good car to get there. Also, the dogs go crazy at night, so I recommend bringing earplugs.

Nice secluded place with a beautiful mountain view. The hostess is friendly and helpful. Spacious house, quiet around - suitable for those who want to be in peace. There are no cafes and shops within a walking distance, but in summer you can walk to the village below. I recommend buying groceries in advance so you don't go downstairs again. The store is 10 minutes by car, about 30 minutes on foot.

Our stay at the Kazbegi cabin was nothing short of outstanding. The view is absolutely breathtaking—easily the best in all of Kazbegi. You get a stunning panorama of the mountains and a direct view of the iconic Trinity Church, which makes the whole experience feel surreal. The cabin itself is incredibly comfortable and cozy, and the host was amazing—so kind and welcoming. Also, the coffee was fantastic, a small touch that made our mornings even better. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kazbegi, but do yourself a favor and rent a car—it makes getting around much easier. Truly a special place that we’d love to return to.

Everything about this place is great. Location: beautiful, quiet, private and some good restaurants nearby Amenities: everything you usually need at an airbnb is covered Decor and Maintenance: it's a beautiful cabin and everything was squeaky clean. Size: Spacious for 2 persons. A 3rd person could also sleep on the sofa-cum bed.

I had a wonderful stay! Tea is an incredibly kind and thoughtful host—she served me a delicious local breakfast and even arranged a taxi for me, which was much appreciated. The cottage is in a perfect location and looks exactly like the photos. It was cozy, clean, and charming. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

ცაგო was a wonderful host—very kind and helpful. She helped us with everything we needed and even let us borrow a music player. The house was beautiful, very clean and had all the things we needed. There’s also a lovely waterfall behind the house that I recommend visiting. I highly recommend this place to everyone❤️

The cottage has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Everything is new and the bed is very comfortable. The cottage is on the outskirts of the village. The village of Sno is very nice and the people are very friendly. From the cottage, you can take beautiful walks. We also did a tour with horses. Everything was very positive about our stay.

A very pleasant and romantic stay at Uta’s lovely cottage. Location is perfect for town view and for track to the church. Will choose this place again next time we visit Kezbegi

Our stay at Eto's place was perfect. The cottage is very cute and the views are amazing. Eto was very kind and responded very fast to our messages. I really recommend this place!
