Lovingly furnished pattern house with high feel-good factor. Good starting point for exploring Potsdam and Berlin. Good train connection. Great equipped kitchen, 2 nice terraces. A grill would have been cool, but that's whining at a high level. Thank you.

We had such a wonderful stay in Bernd's place! It's a gorgeous, light-filled space in a peaceful and green corner of Berlin with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and shops. The space was very comfortable for our family, with a fully equipped kitchen and fun sleeping lofts. Bernd is a kind and very helpful host. We would be delighted to return!

We had the pleasure of spending 5 days in an impressive villa. The location was quiet, ideal for a relaxing break. The villa itself was spacious, modernly furnished and immaculately clean. Particularly noteworthy are the spacious pool area and the beautiful terrace, which invite you to spend relaxing hours.

Wonderful stay a short distance from Berlin (about 30 minutes). The house is spacious with two good bedrooms and the kitchen was equipped with every comfort. Spacious living room and large garden with plenty of sun. And as a host Angela was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. There's not much to do nearby, but we really came for Berlin. We'd love to come back with our family.

Great location in Berlin. We barely took the subway because it was just fun to walk, no matter what direction, because everything was exciting. The apartment is very large and has everything you need.

The studio: An intermediate between the apartment and the workspace. Anne and her family are totally nice; since I had rented the modernly furnished studio located in the countryside on the Berlin-Rahnsdorfer Kanalsystem (Müggelsee and eastern surroundings) over Christmas and New Year's Eve (to work there online), they immediately invited me to the Christmas celebrations and also to New Year's Eve. I could have used the kayaks as well (but was too cold). In summer, if you can sit outside on the 2 terraces and in the garden, it has to be even more beautiful. For the door-to-door connection from the studio to the S-Bahn stop "Warschauer Straße" I needed exactly 50 minutes including a 700 m walk, bus and S-Bahn. That's how long you'll be on the road within Berlin. A car is still an advantage. Recommended!

I spent 3 nights at Numa and my experience was really pleasant. The apartment was in a lovely location and was the room was nice and spacious with an unleivably comfortable bed.
