Beautiful house in Berlin, close to the city center

Our new 130 square meter house in Berlin offers you a beautiful central accommodation in the countryside for eight people. It is close to the city center. In 20 minutes, you can be in the middle of Alexanderplatz by S-Bahn or U-Bahn. The U5 runs directly from the main train station without changing trains. The house is fully equipped in all rooms as well as in the kitchen and bathroom. For children, there are children's bedrooms with toys. After a stroll through the city, you can relax on the terrace. Linens and towels are included.

Das wunderschöne Apartment liegt im idyllischen Berlin Friedrichshagen. Es ist vollständig renoviert und besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, einem Wohnzimmer, einer Küche mit Essbereich und einem Badezimmer. Zudem gibt es einen kleinen Garten mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse. Mit der S-Bahn ist man in 15 min am Ostkreuz und in der Innenstadt. Berlin Friedrichshagen zeichnet sich durch eine besonders hohe Lebensqualität, viele Restaurants und Bars aus. Der Müggelsee ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Flat just outside of Berlin

Generous and light flat with own patio just outside of Berlin: 3km to Müggelsee, 21km to Alexanderplatz, 6km to Berliner Ring (dual carriageway into the city). If you’re arriving late we can provide breakfast for your first morning (12€), please just let us know beforehand. Public transport is a 5 minutes walk, and by tram and train it takes ca. 45 minutes to get to the centre of Berlin. If you prefer discovering the city and surrounding areas by bike, we also have two rental bikes available.

We offer a fully equipped bungalow with a small terrace consisting of 2 rooms, kitchen, hallway and 2 bathrooms. In addition to central heating, it is also equipped with underfloor heating, so it is also pleasantly warm in winter. Located on the eastern outskirts, in a quiet and green location with available parking. Various excursion opportunities are nearby. Good public transport connection to the center of Berlin and the surrounding area of Berlin. Check-in: 2:00 pm Check-out: 10:00 am

Bungalow in a beautiful garden

If you are looking for peace and quiet as a holidaymaker after visiting the bustling city or after work or an internship, you have come to the right place. In our garden in front of the bungalow, you can end the day comfortably in the warm season and enjoy the silence, the birdsong and the splashing of our garden fountain. S-Bahn train train, tram and bus are a few minutes' walk away. Only 30 minutes to the city centre. Various shopping facilities are provided.

Small vacation apartment

We rent a small, cozy vacation apartment with a separate entrance in our own house. Right next to the "Gardens of the World" we have a lot of greenery around us, free parking and good shopping. By bus you are at the U-Bahn [subway] and S-Bahn [suburban train] (5) in 15 minutes and can easily explore the sights of Berlin. We look forward to welcoming visitors from all over the world and will make our guests' stay pleasant. If you wish to stay longer, just ask.

Relax in this friendly, bright and quiet home with beautiful views over the Spree. Well-maintained residential complex with nice playground in the yard and a private parking space (in yard/underground car park) available. Along the shore, you can walk in a few minutes to the worth seeing old town of Köpenick, surrounded by waterways. Within earshot of the Alte Försterei stadium and cycling distance to Wuhlheide (also easy to reach by tram).

Die Wohnung (53 qm) befindet sich im hellen Souterrain unseres Einfamilienhauses am Stadtrand von Berlin. Wir bieten eine vollausgestattete Küchenzeile im Wohnraum, ein separates Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (180 ×200 cm), Duschbad, Lan und W-Lan. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind zur gemeinsamen Nutzung mit den Vermietern verfügbar. Keine Parkplatzprobleme oder Kosten. Unser Garten und der Grill können gern auf Anfrage genutzt werden.

Lovingly furnished apartment near the lake

Berlin-Mahlsdorf is one of the most popular residential areas in Berlin. Thanks to its good infrastructure, the Berlin city center with its cultural facilities and shopping facilities can be reached by main road,S-Bahn and U-Bahn in just about 15-20 minutes. By bike and on foot you can relax in the countryside by the lake. Arrival and departure must be discussed in advance. Usually check in from 15:00 - 17:00 and check out by 10:00.

Small holiday home on the outskirts of Berlin

The small wooden house is located on the back of our inhabited property. In the living area there is a sofa bed. On the sheep floor two beds are available. The kitchen is fully equipped to feed yourself. Waldesruh is located on the outskirts of Berlin in a quiet, wooded and water-rich area with good transport links. Walking distance to bus line 108, with connection to U-Bahn (Elsterwerdaer Platz), S-Bahn (Lichtenberg) and tram.

Garden house in the northeast of Berlin, Weißensee, the film city in the early 20th century. In 20 minutes by tram at Alexanderplatz, in 10 minutes at the S-Bahn-Ring, with the S-Bahn-Ring at every location in Berlin. Very quiet location. Chickens provide the farmfeeling, the greenhouse gives fresh tomatoes and more. The Tiny-House is located directly on the carsharing- and scooterarea (sharing, App).
