Our apartment with garden is located in the historic center of Oberkaufungen. It is located in a half-timbered house overlooking the Stiftskirche and the Kaufunger Wald. The tram to Kassel is 10 minutes away. The apartment is newly renovated. It is about 40 square meters. Living space, consisting of a closed bedroom, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen-living room. The apartment is suitable for 2 adults. If a toddler is traveling, a travel crib is available. The garden in front of the house may be used by the guests. There is a sitting area with a table and chairs. It invites you to have breakfast in the countryside or a glass of wine in the evening sun. Pets are welcome, but must be announced in advance. The stay for a dog costs an extra 10 euros for 1-2 days, and 20 euros for a longer stay.

Bright apartment on the top floor of a villa, on the outskirts of Kassel with good tram connections and shopping facilities. Open living space with kitchen area and dining area overlooking treetops and gardens, sofa, music system (vinyl, CD), TV, radio + Wi-Fi. The large bed (160 x 200 cm) is separated by the room layout; shower room. Important information The apartment is on the 2nd floor, the upper stairs are steep. The bed is under a sloping roof. No pets, non-smokers only, no parties.

Beautiful quiet accommodation on the Thöneberg

Our quietly located accommodation in the basement with approx. 25 m² is equipped with modern furniture and a kitchen. A covered seating area with a grill is right in front of it. You can access the property through a separate entrance door. Nieste is a small community that invites you to relax with its diverse hiking trails (premium trails) and mountain bike trails. Hiking trails are within a 2-minute walking distance. Kassel city center can be reached in just 15 minutes.

Located right by the Kaufungen Forest and with very good connections to the Documenta City of Kassel, from here you can access all the hiking and biking trails around Kaufungen and the surrounding area. In the evening, you can enjoy the magnificent sunset on the balcony, with a fantastic view of the natural surroundings.

The newly renovated, comfortable studio is on the ground floor of a traditional half-timbered house (Fachwerkhaus). It offers about 32.00 square meters of living / dining room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, a small fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The studio can be occupied by 1-4 people. Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure good lighting and an attractive view of the quiet, green garden, in which there is a separate seat that belongs to the studio.

This spacious 130 m² apartment is ideal for groups, families or business travellers. It offers plenty of space, a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy conservatory for relaxing. A table football game provides entertainment. Thanks to the lift, the apartment is easily accessible. The quiet location with good access to the motorway and the city centre makes it the perfect base for a stay and for exploring. Shops and restaurants are also within easy reach.

Family Waldkauz's guest house in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

Beautiful, quiet apartment in the countryside. The apartment is located in a suburb of Kassel. There is a good tram connection to the documentary city of Kassel (15 min). So it is possible to live quietly in the countryside and to experience and explore Kassel with all its sights. The apartment itself has its own entrance and a beautiful view of the garden. There is a terrace that can be shared.

Our small apartment is very quiet on the outskirts of Kaufungen. From the living room and bedroom  you have a good view of the Kassel landmark, the Hercules.  The apartment consists of a bedroom with two single beds and TV. The adjoining room has a well-equipped kitchenette including microwave and small oven. There is a TV, couch, dining area and a bed. Possibility to set up a 4th bed.
