Thanks to good infrastructure and central location, you are quickly in the city center or in the exhibition center. In just 4 minutes you can reach the Wels-Nord motorway entrance (nothing can be heard from the highway on the property). In 10 minutes you can be at the exhibition center. Beautiful old building right in the city center of Wels. 84 m² of living space, very spacious bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living room. In the king-size bed of 200 x 200 cm, there is enough space for two people. In the living room there is a sofa and a wing. The fairgrounds are within 15 minutes walking distance, many cafes, restaurants and bars nearby.

Our farm house ("Vierkanthof") is surrounded by fields, meadows and woods. The quaint apartment is absolutely quiet, yet very central (10 minutes to Wels and Grieskirchen, 25 to Linz, 1 hour to Salzburg, 2 hours to Vienna, 5 minutes to the next motorway drive and to Bad Schallerbach). Within walking distance there is the possibility to feed our sheep and chickens.
